Children 3 to under 8 years of age should not be allowed to connect, adjust, clean, or perform maintenance on the appliance. Children under 3 years of age should be kept away unless supervised at all times. Intended Use
Make sure the device battery is fully charged before you start cleaning for optimal performance. Keep the device clean and maintain it according to the instructions in this user manual to ensure long-lasting, reliable use. To avoid potential damage, do not use the cordless window vacuum for any purpose not listed in this instruction manual. Please observe all other instructions and safety
information in this operating manual before operating your battery-powered window vacuum cleaner. National regulations must be observed in this regard.
- The following materials must not be cleaned: dust hazardous to health flammable, explosive, aggressive liquids (e.g. gasoline, solvents, acids, alkalis, etc.) combustible, explosive dusts (e.g. magnesium dust, aluminum dust, etc.)
Please note that our devices are not designed for commercial, craft or industrial use. We do not assume any warranty if the device is used in commercial, craft or industrial operations as well as in equivalent activities.
Emergency behavior
Initiate the first aid measures required for the injury and request qualified medical assistance as soon as possible. Protect the injured person from further damage and immobilize him or her. When requesting help, provide the following information:
- location of the accident
- type of accident
- number of injured persons
- type of injuries
Battery

Fire hazard Explosion hazard
Never use damaged, defective or deformed batteries. Never open, damage or drop the battery. Never charge the device in the vicinity of acids and easily flammable materials. Protect the device from heat and fire. Use device only in an ambient temperature between 10° C to +40° C. Never place the device on radiators or expose it to strong sunlight for a long time. Allow to cool down first after heavy loading.
Charging the battery
Make sure that the device is switched off. Insert the plug of the power supply unit into the charging port and then insert the power supply unit into the power socket. The indicator light flashes blue during the charging process. When charging is complete, the indicator light will be solid blue. Disconnect the AC adapter from the power supply, and then unplug the AC adapter from the charging port. Only use the Güde charger to charge the battery. If other chargers are used, defects may occur or a fire may be started. Vapors may escape if used improperly or if damaged batteries are used. Supply fresh air and consult a physician in case of complaints. The vapors may irritate the respiratory tract.
Working instructions
The devices are supplied only partially pre-charged and must be fully charged for the first time before use. Recharge the device if the device runs too slowly or stops. The device can be recharged at any time without shortening the service life. Interrupting the charging process will not damage the battery.
Maintenance and cleaning
Repairs and work not described in these instructions may only be carried out by qualified personnel. Only use original accessories and original spare parts. Do not clean the machine and its components with solvents, flammable or toxic liquids. Use only a damp cloth for cleaning. Proper and regular cleaning ensures safe operation and prolongs the service life of the machine
Warning.
Before carrying out cleaning and maintenance work, switch off the device, disconnect it from the power source and allow it to cool down to avoid burns and electric shocks. Always empty the water tank when you have finished the work. Wipe the unit with a slightly damp cloth
and then dry it.
Wash the tips under running water and let them dry. Warning!
Do not immerse the power adapter or the device in water or other liquids.
Cleaning the head
Switch off the device.
Remove the suction attachment from the housing. Wash the attachment under running water and then allow it to dry completely. Replace the suction attachment. Before using the device again, make sure that all parts are dry and correctly assembled. Cleaning the dirty water tank Switch off the unit.
Disconnect the dirty water tank from the housing. Separate the tanks from each other. Wash the tanks under running water with a little detergent. Allow them to dry or dry them with a paper towel, rag, etc. Assemble the tanks and place them in the housing.
Cleaning the microfiber cloth
Remove the microfiber cloth from the washing attachment. Wash it in the washing machine with similar items according to the washing instructions on the label.
Only a regularly maintained and well cared for device can be a satisfactory tool. Lack of maintenance and care can lead to unpredictable accidents and injuries. If necessary, you can find the spare parts list on the Internet at www.guede.com. Store the device in a dry place.
Warranty
The warranty period is 24 months for consumers and begins at the time of purchase of the device. The warranty covers only defects that are due to material or manufacturing defects. When claiming a defect within the meaning of the warranty, the original purchase receipt with the date of sale must be enclosed. Improper use, e.g. overloading of the device, use of force, damage due to external influences or foreign bodies are excluded from the warranty. Non-observance of the operating instructions and normal wear and tear are also excluded from the warranty.
Important customer information!
Please note that a return within or even outside the warranty period should always be made in the original packaging. This measure effectively avoids unnecessary transport damage and its often contentious settlement. Only in the original carton is your device optimally protected, thus ensuring smooth processing.
Disposal

Warning: Danger of suffocation!
Keep packaging parts out of the reach of children and dispose of them as soon as possible.
The packaging protects the device from damage during transport. The packaging materials are generally selected according to environmentally compatible and disposal aspects and are therefore recyclable. Returning the packaging to the material cycle saves raw materials and reduces the volume of waste. Packaging parts (e.g., foils, Styrofoam®) can be dangerous for children.
Do not dispose of electrical equipment in household waste; use the collection points in your community. Ask your local authority for the locations of the collection points. If electrical equipment is disposed of in an uncontrolled manner, hazardous substances can enter the groundwater and thus the food chain during weathering, or flora and fauna can be poisoned for years. If you replace the device with a new one, the seller is legally obliged to accept the old one for disposal at least free of charge.
When disposing of the device, the relevant regulations on the disposal of used oil must be followed.

Defective equipment and/or equipment requiring disposal must be taken to the designated recycling points.
Dispose of batteries in an environmentally friendly manner.
Rechargeable batteries and batteries do not belong in household waste. As a consumer, you are legally obligated to return used batteries or rechargeable batteries. At the end of the service life of your device, the batteries or rechargeable batteries must be removed and disposed of separately. You can return your old batteries and accumulators to the local collection points of your municipality or to your dealer or point of sale.
The return of accumulators and batteries to the point of sale is free of charge.
If liquid leaks from a rechargeable battery or battery, make sure that this liquid does not come into contact with the skin or eyes. If it does come into contact, immediately clean the skin or eyes with water and contact a doctor. If rechargeable batteries and batteries are disposed of in an uncontrolled manner, hazardous substances may enter the groundwater and thus the food chain during weathering, or flora and fauna may be poisoned for years. By returning used as well as defective rechargeable batteries and batteries, you make an important contribution to the recycling of materials and the protection of our environment.
Do not throw accumulators and batteries into the fire.

Damaged batteries can harm the environment and your health if toxic vapors or liquids escape. Therefore, never ship a defective battery by mail, etc. Please contact your local disposal center.
Dispose of rechargeable batteries in a discharged state. We recommend covering the terminals with an adhesive strip to protect against a short circuit. Do not open the battery.
