Frequently Asked Questions - XIT 6C3TB3B HAIER

How do I install the dishwasher?
Ensure the appliance is level and connected to a water supply (cold water only) and a drainage system. The electrical connection must comply with local regulations. Refer to the installation manual for detailed steps.
What programs are available?
The dishwasher offers Eco, Intensive, Quick (30 min), Glass, and Rinse programs. Select the appropriate program based on soil level and load type.
How do I clean the filters?
Regularly remove and rinse the filter assembly under running water. Use a soft brush to remove debris. Ensure filters are properly reinserted to avoid poor wash results.
What does error code E1 mean?
Error E1 indicates a water inlet issue. Check that the water tap is open and the hose is not kinked. If the problem persists, contact Haier customer support.
Can I use regular dish soap?
No, use only dishwasher detergent (powder, gel, or tablets). Regular dish soap will cause excessive foam and may damage the appliance.
How to activate child lock?
Press and hold the 'Start' button for 3 seconds until the child lock indicator lights up. To deactivate, repeat the same action.
Why is the dishes not drying properly?
Check if rinse aid is filled and the drying setting is enabled. Ensure the final rinse temperature is high enough. Also, avoid overloading.
What is the energy consumption per cycle?
The energy consumption depends on the program. On the Eco program, it is approximately 0.85 kWh per cycle. Refer to the energy label for details.
How do I descale the dishwasher?
Use a descaling agent specifically for dishwashers. Run a rinse program (without dishes) with the descaling product. Repeat every 3-6 months depending on water hardness.
Where can I find spare parts?
Spare parts can be ordered from Haier authorized service centers or online via the Haier official website. Use the model number XIT 6C3TB3B to identify correct parts.

2

Close-up of a metallic refrigerator with a hanging scroll and handle (no visible text or symbols)

Remove the installation kit, inner packaging, all rubber strips and all tape.

Make sure that all minimum kitchen cabinet requirements and water connection specifications are met and that all water connections are accessible after installation.

2

Modern minimalist office building with large windows and a central opening (no visible text or symbols)

Make sure there are no unevenness or obstacles at the bottom of the kitchen cabinets that could prevent the dishwasher from sliding into the opening.

3

Exterior view of a building corner with visible structural elements, no signage or text.

Make sure the door panel meets all specifications.

2

Simple line drawing of a rectangular frame with a small square cutout on the left side, no text or symbols.

Make sure the sliding bracket is aligned before attaching it to the panel.

4

Close-up of a dark rectangular object with a small mark on the left, no visible text or symbols.

Loosely attach both 16 mm Philips hanging screws to the door panel. Make sure there is a minimum gap of 3 mm between the screw head and the panel.

Push into the opening

Close-up of a mechanical assembly with a threaded bolt and small component, no visible text or symbols.

Turn the flat-head screwdriver to lift the leveling feet. First align the rear, outer legs, then the front ones. Do not adjust the rear center legs yet.

2

Close-up of a metallic door with a metal clip attached, no visible text or symbols.

Remove both screw covers before partially pushing the product into the opening and route the hoses through them while pushing to avoid pinching or twisting. Be careful not to bend the legs.

Push the product from the outer edges to avoid damaging the door.

3

Exterior view of a container or shipping container with visible structural supports, no text or symbols.

Choose the desired spacer width and cut to size. Remove the adhesive and place two spacers on each side of the product. Push the product into the opening from the outer edges.

Align the door panel with the product. Install the sliding bracket and top screws. Push the panel upward to lock it.

Interior view of a transparent metallic enclosure with circular opening and bolted corners, no visible text or symbols.

Use the 4 mm hex key to adjust the door tension. Turn clockwise to increase tension, counterclockwise to decrease it.

If necessary, align the dishwasher within the opening before securing it. Replace the screw covers.

3

Close-up of a curved mechanical component with mounting holes and grooves (no visible text or symbols)

If possible, secure to the countertop using 2 screws.

12

Mark the pilot hole locations for each bracket. Measure the center of the panel and mark 237 mm on each side. To determine the bracket height, measure the height of the lowest bracket hole relative to the kickplate panel.

2Simple gray rectangular sign with two small white symbols on both sides, no text or markings visible.

Make sure the brackets are properly aligned before attaching them to the panel using 2 screws per bracket.

3Pure technical diagram showing mechanical components without any text, numbers, or symbols

Use the "Z" to determine which tooth to bend back on each splash guard bracket.

Position the drain hose support on the rear wall, as close as possible to the underside of the worktop. See "Plumbing and Electrical Connection Considerations" for minimum installation heights.

2

Interior wall-mounted pipe connection with a small white component, no visible text or symbols

Route the hose through the support guide and place it into the standpipe.

Make sure the drain hose does not extend into the water trapped in the trap; an air gap is required to prevent waste water from siphoning back into the tub.

3

Close-up of a wall-mounted pipe fitting with a white electrical outlet on the right (no visible text or symbols)

Make sure the rubber washer is in place when connecting the supply hose to the faucet. Tighten by hand.

Using a wrench or pliers, turn an additional 180° to secure. Avoid over-tightening. Do not turn on the water supply. The dishwasher must be plugged in to activate the flood protection feature.

4

Close-up of a white electrical plug inserted into a wall, with a black cable inserted (no text or symbols visible)

Position the drain hose support on the rear wall, as close as possible to the underside of the worktop. See "Plumbing and Electrical Connection Considerations" for minimum installation heights.

2

Close-up of a coiled metal pipe with a small metallic connector, mounted on a wooden surface (no text or symbols visible)

Route the hose through the drain hose support before screwing the hose clamp onto the hose and connecting to the trap. Secure the trap with the clamp. Be sure to run the hose straight to the trap. Disconnect or drill out the T-branch before attaching the connection to the trap or T-branch.

3

Close-up of a pipe fitting attached to a wall-mounted fixture, with a small white panel nearby (no visible text or symbols)

Make sure the rubber gasket is in place when connecting the supply hose to the faucet. Tighten by hand.

Using a wrench or pliers, turn an additional 180° to secure. Avoid over-tightening. Water supply not included. The dishwasher must be turned on to activate the flood protection function.

4

Close-up of a white electrical socket with black plug, mounted on a wooden panel (no text or symbols visible)

Turn on the power and water supply, and open the dishwasher.
