USAGE PURPOSE

The chocolate dispenser is designed to heat and maintain the temperature of chocolate and chocolate drinks. Precautions when using the hot chocolate dispenser:

  1. This hot chocolate machine must not melt and mix pure chocolate blocks (chocolate coins, chocolate beans, chocolate blocks, etc.) directly in the container. Otherwise, this may jam the mixing shaft of the chocolate machine or cause the machine to overload, reducing the life of the motor.
  2. This chocolate machine is suitable for semi-liquid, liquid, and liquid hot drinks.
  3. If there is a need to mix chocolate, melt the chocolate in advance and pour it into the container, add liquid drinks accordingly to reduce the viscosity of the chocolate. Mixing pure chocolate can also increase the load on the engine and reduce its life.
  4. If the chocolate drinks are not used on the day, pour them out. If cooling is required, the stirrer should be removed as the chocolate will solidify on the stirring shaft and cannot be directly heated for stirring, otherwise this will break the stirring shaft or overload the motor and reduce its life.

Any damage resulting from a non-conform use of the device is to be paid by the user!

BEFORE FIRST USE

Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity and open it. Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes, and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the device can be sent back to the service centre in accurate condition.

Pour chocolate granulate (the granulate should be appropriately portioned in order to not block the mixer, after the dissolution of the portion of granulate, add another portion; a portion should not be greater than approximately 200 g) into the container (5) or pour prepared drink. Set the temperature controller to 0 and turn on the device using the switch (3). The mixer will start to turn. Set desired temperature of a drink using the temperature controller. The switch indicator will light up when the device starts heating. When the thermostat achieves the desired temperature, the heating will turn off (indicator on the switch (3) will turn off). The thermostat will maintain the desired temperature by automatically turning the heating on and off. After reaching the appropriate temperature, place a cup under the drain cock and press it. The drink will be poured from the container:

PLEASE NOTE! The drinks may be very hot, pay attention to the risk of burns.

Removal of particular elements:

Before removal of elements of the dispenser, always turn the dispenser off and disconnect the power cable from the power supply. Also the container must be completely emptied.

  • Ensure whether the container is appropriately mounted (clamps).
  • Ensure that the shaft of the mixer is correctly settled.
