We should like to thank you for the confidence you have shown in the products from range. Read the instructions for use carefully before using for the first time.

Safety system

This appliance has a built-in safety system. To turn the juicer on, the lid (C) must be locked by the two locking clips (H). If just one of the locking clips (H) is open, the juicer will stop. At the end of the cycle, turn the control button (I) to "0" and wait for the filter to stop completely (D) before removing the lid (C). An inappropriate choice of speed can lead to the abnormal vibration of the unit.

Safety instructions

Always check the filter (D) before use.
- Never use the juicer if the filter is broken, if it is defective, if you see cracks or breaks or if the filter is torn. If the filter is visibly damaged, contact an Authorised Service Centre. Handle the filter with care (risk of cutting).
- For your safety, this appliance is compliant with applicable standards and regulations:

• Low Voltage Directive
• Electromagnetic compatibility

• Materials in contact with food

• Check that the power voltage indicated on the nameplate of the appliance corresponds to that of your mains installation. Any connection error renders the guarantee invalid.

• Do not place or use this appliance on a hotplate or near to a naked flame (gas cooker).
• Do not immerse the Motor unit in water, do not run it under water.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an approved after-sales service or a similarly qualified person, in order to avoid any danger.
• Only use the appliance on a stable work surface away from water splashes. Do not turn it over.
• Never disassemble the appliance. All repair work other than cleaning and basic maintenance by the customer must be done by an approved centre.

• The appliance must be unplugged:

• if there is a malfunction during operation

• each time it is cleaned, disassembled or maintained

• Never unplug the appliance by pulling on the cable.

• Only use an extension lead after checking that it is in perfect working order.

• No domestic appliance should be used if:

• it has been dropped on the floor;

• it has been damaged or is incomplete.

• In these cases, as for all other repairs, IT IS NECESSARY to send it to an Authorised Service Centre.

• The product has been designed for domestic use and must under no circumstances be used for professional purposes, failing which neither our warranty nor our liability shall be operable.

• This appliance is not intended for use by people (including children) whose physical, sensory or mental capacities are disabled, or by people with no experience or familiarity with such devices, unless they are supervised by a person who is responsible for their security or have received instructions as to how to use the appliance.

• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Never use any accessories or other components other than the original ones. We claim any liability if this is not the case.
• Never place your fingers or any other object in the feeder tube (B) while the appliance is working. Use only the push rod (A) provided for this purpose.
• Do not remove the lid (C) until the filter (D) has completely stopped.
• Do not remove the pulp collector (G) while the appliance is working.
• Always unplug the appliance from the mains each time after you have used it.
• If you are using the juicer with hard fruit or vegetables, it is recommended that you use it for a quantity less than 3kg and no more than 2 minutes continuously. Some fruits and vegetables which are too hard can cause a malfunction of the device. If so, turn off the device and verify that the filter (D) is correctly positioned.

Before using for the first time

• We recommend you wash the parts (A, B, C, D, E, G, L, M and N) before the first use (see cleaning).
• Unpack the device and place it on a stable work surface, loosen the two locking clips (H), remove the lid (C), remove the protective cardboard on the filter (D) then take out the filter (D) and the juice collector (E).

Turning it on

• Place the juice collector (E) on the motor unit (K). (see Fig. 1)

• Place the filter (D) in the juice collector (E). Make sure the filter is properly clipped to the driving shaft (J) ("click"). (see Fig. 2)

• Place the lid (C) on the juice collector (E) (outlet to the rear). (see Fig. 3)

• Position the 2 locking clips (H) on the lid (C). Make sure the 2 locking clips are properly clipped to the lid. (see Fig. 4)
• Place the pulp collector (G) at the back of the appliance by tilting it forward slightly and then sliding it under the lid (C). (see Fig. 5)
• If you want to separate the juice from the froth, insert the froth separator (M) in the juice jug (N). Place the lid (L) on the juice jug (N). (see Fig.6a)
• Place the stainless steel grid (P) on the drip tray (Q). Place this whole unit on the Motor unit in the appropriate slot.
• Place the juice jug (N) under the spout at the front of the appliance. (see Fig. 6b)
• Plug the juicer in. The cord storage (R) lets you adjust the length of the cord.

What speed to use?

An inappropriate choice of speed can lead to the abnormal vibration of the unit.

(*) The quality and quantity of juice varies widely depending on the harvest date and variety of each vegetable or fruit. The quantities above are therefore approximate.

• Turn the unit on using the control button (I).
• Introduce the fruit or vegetables through the feeder tube (B).

Fruits and vegetables should be introduced with the motor running.

• Slide the pushrod (A) in the feeder tube (B) by aligning the groove with the small notch on the side.

Do not push down on the pushrod too hard. Do not use any other utensil. Do NOT push with your fingers.

• When you have finished, stop the appliance using the control button (I) and wait for the filter to stop completely (D).

• When the pulp collector (G) is full or when the juice starts to flow more slowly, empty the pulp collector (G) and clean the filter (D).

• Wash fruit thoroughly before stoning.

• In general it is not necessary to peel the fruits or vegetables. You only need to peel the thick-skinned fruit (bitterness): citrus fruit, pineapples (remove the core).
• Some types of apples, pears, tomatoes, etc. go into the feeder tube in one piece and do not need to be cut beforehand. Choose the type of fruit or vegetable accordingly.
• It is difficult to extract juice from bananas, avocados, blackcurrants, figs, aubergines, strawberries and raspberries.
• Do not use the juicer for sugar cane and fruit and vegetables which are too hard or too fibrous.
• Choose fruits and vegetables which are fresh and ripe, they will give you more juice. This appliance is suitable for fruits like apples, pears, oranges, grapes, pomegranates, pineapples, etc. and vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, beets, celery, etc.
• If you use over-ripe fruit, the filter may get blocked up more quickly.
• Important: All juices should be drunk immediately. This is because when they come into contact with the air, they oxidize very quickly, which can affect their taste, their colour and above all their nutritional value. Apple and pear juice quickly becomes brown, so add a few drops of lemon juice to slow this process down.

Cleaning and maintenance

• All the removable parts (A, B, C, D, E, G, L, M, N, P and Q) can be cleaned in the dishwasher.
• This device is easier to clean if you do it immediately after use.
• Do not use scouring pads, acetone, alcohol (white spirit) etc. to clean your appliance.
• The filter must be handled with care. Avoid any improper handling which may cause damage. The filter can be cleaned with a brush (O). Replace the filter as soon as it shows signs of wear or tear.
• Wipe the motor unit down with a damp cloth. Dry it carefully.
• Never place the motor unit under a running tap.

What do I do if my appliance doesn't work?—

The product does not work.	The plug is not in the socket properly, the control button (I) is not on "1" or "2".	Connect the appliance to another socket with the same voltage, turn the control button to "1" or "2".
	The lid (C) is not properly locked.	Position the 2 locking clips (H) on the lid (C) to ensure that it is properly locked.
The product is giving off a smell or is very hot to the touch, is giving off smoke or making an abnormal noise.	The filter (D) has not been properly positioned.	The filter (D) has not been properly positioned.
	Too much food is being processed at the same time.	Leave the appliance to cool down and then reduce the quantities.
The flow of juice is slow.	The filter (D) is blocked	Turn off the device, clean the feeder tube (B) and the filter (D).
