Please keep this instruction manual in a safe place, and please read the manual carefully before using. The safety precautions enclosed herein reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury when correctly adhered to.

  • If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
  • Before turning on, ensure the electrical voltage and frequency of the circuit correspond to those indicated on the appliance.
    • The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision.

  • Do not operate the appliance outdoors

Importmant Information

1). Read all instructions carefully before use and keep them handy for future references.
2). Remove all packaging.
3). Check that the voltage on the rating plate of your appliance corresponds with your house electricity supply. If the socket outlet in your home is not suitable for the plug supplied with this appliance, the ice cream maker will be damaged and become dangerous to use.
4). When making ice cream, hygiene is of the utmost importance
5). Make sure that all parts of the ice-cream maker are entirely clean, especially the parts that come into contact with the ice-cream mixture.
6). Prevent the ingredients from freezing onto the cooling disc to guarantee proper functioning of the stirrer, Only put ingredient in the bowl while the stirrer is rotating.
7). Never insert an object, e.g. a spoon, into the bowl while the appliance is operating.
8). Never exceed the quantities indicated in the recipes.
9). If you would like to stop the mixing procedure, turn the timer back to the "OFF" position manually.
10). Keep the appliance out of the reach of children.

Preparation before using

Make sure the liquid in the cooling disc is frozen when you put it in the bowl of ice cream maker.

1). Make sure the cooling disc is clean and dry before using.

2). Put the cooling disc in the freezer with the temperature of -18 degree or colder for at least 12 hours to freeze the liquid inside the disc before assembling the ice cream maker. While the cooling disc is being frozen, do not put other objects on top or against it.

Store the cooling disc with the bottom pointing downwards in a well-closed plastic bag in the freezer to prevent ice from forming on the cooling disc. In this way the disc will always be ready for us.

3).Remove the cooling disc from the freezer after the ingredients for ice cream are prepared.

Assembling the appliance

1). Place the bowl of ice cream maker onto a flat and stable surface.

2). Hold the bulge of the cooling disc when taking it out of the freezer. Make sure your hands are dry when handing the frozen cooling disc and please hold it with a dry cloth.

3). Check if the liquid inside of the disc is properly frozen and the surface is free of ice.

- If the disc is properly frozen, the inner liquid will have turned hard all over.

- If a thin film of white frost forming on the cooling disc, you can scrap it by wooden or plastic spatula. Do not use metal utensils in order to protect it from any damages.

4). Put the frozen cooling disc into the bowl of ice cream maker.

5). Put the stirrer paddle on the cooling disc.

6). Place the cover with motor onto the bowl in the right position.

7). Press the cover down until it locks into place and push the clamps towards the bowl until they snap home.

8). Put the power plug in the socket.

Now, the ice cream maker is ready for use.

Warming Reminder

1). Do not switch the appliance off too early! If the appliance is switched off too soon, the ingredients may freeze onto the cooling disc, which will make it impossible for the stirrer to continue rotating.

2). Do not let the ice-cream maker operate too long. Switch it off as soon as you see that the ice cream is starting to melt at the surface or on the sides.

Making ice cream

1). Turn the timer to select the desired operating time. Approximately 25 minutes are required to make ice cream. To prevent the ingredients from freezing onto the cooling disc right away, you must turn on the motor first.

2). Pour the mixture of ingredients into the bowl via the feeding entrance in the cover.

3). When the timer reaches OFF position, the ice cream maker will turn off automatically and the ice cream will be ready.

4). Unplug the appliance and remove the cover with motor from the appliance, then take the stirrer paddle out of the bowl.

5). Scoop the ice cream out of the bowl with a spoon or ice scoop. When scraping the last of ice cream, use a plastic spoon to prevent the cooling disc from damaging.

It is not possible to make another batch of ice cream right away, because the cooling disc must be properly frozen again at first.

Ice Cream Recipes

1) Plain Vanilla Ice cream

Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 400ml Milk, 75g sugar, 5ml Vegetable oil, 10g Fecula (thickening agent), several drops of vanilla essence.

Evenly mix and stir raw ingredients. Pour into container and set ice cream maker for 25 minutes.

2) Coffee Ice cream

Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 400ml Milk, 75g sugar, 5ml Vegetable oil, 10g Fecula (thickening agent), several drops of vanilla essence, 6 teaspoons of instant coffee.

Mix raw ingredients evenly and stir well. Pour into the Container and set ice cream maker for 25 minutes.

3) Banana Ice cream

Ingredients: 300g of Bananas, 400ml Milk, 75g sugar, 5ml Vegetable oil, 10g Fecula (thickening agent), several drops of vanilla essence, 1/2 tea spoon of Citric juice.

Crush banana and then mix in with other ingredients stirring well. Pour into Container and set ice cream maker for 25 minutes.

4) Berry Ice cream

Ingredients: 300g Blueberries, 400ml Milk, 75g Sugar, 5ml Vegetable oil, 10g Fecula (thickening agent), several drops of vanilla essence, 1/2 teaspoon of Citric juice.

Crush berries and then mix evenly with other ingredients. Stir well and add to Container and set ice cream maker to 25 minutes.

5) Berry Yoghurt Ice cream

Ingredients: 200g of berries (try mixing your favourite berries such as strawberry, wood berry, blackberry etc), 150g Sugar, 250ml of Natural yoghurt, 1/2 teaspoon of citric juice.

  1. Crush berries and then add sugar.

  2. Pack berries and sugar and filter excess juice.

  3. Add natural yoghurt and citric juice, evenly mix and stir well. Pour into Container and set ice cream maker to 25 minutes

6) Mango Ice cream

Ingredients: 350g of Mango, 2 egg yolks, 400ml Milk, 75g Sugar, 5ml Vegetable oil, 10g Fecula (thickening agent), several drops of vanilla essence

Slice mango and add rest of ingredients. Stir well till it achieves even consistency. Add to Container and set ice cream maker to 25 minutes.

7) Pineapple Sorbet

Ingredients: 250g of pineapple, 125ml water, 250g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon citric juice, several drops of vanilla essence.

1) Mix sugar and water in a pot and boil for 2 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.

2) Crush the pineapple.

3) Combine all ingredients, add to Container and set ice cream maker to 25 minutes. or till sorbet reaches desired consistency.

8) Berry Sorbet

Ingredients: 300g berries, 125ml water, 125g sugar, 1/2 teaspoon citric juice.

1) Mix sugar and water in a pot and boil for 2 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
2) Crush Berries.
3) Combine all ingredients, add to container and set ice cream maker to 25 minutes. or till sorbet reaches desired consistency.

9) Orange Sorbet

Ingredients: 250ml of orange juice, 250ml water, 125g sugar, 1/2 tea spoon citric juice.

1) Mix sugar and water in a pot and boil for 2 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
2) Crush Berries.
3) Combine all ingredients, add to Container and set ice cream maker to 25 minutes. or till sorbet reaches desired consistency.

10) Lemon Sorbet

Ingredients: 125ml of lemon juice, 300ml water, 125g sugar.

1) Mix sugar and water in a pot and boil for 2 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
2) Crush Berries.
3) Combine all ingredients, add to Container and set ice cream maker to 25 minutes. or till sorbet reaches desired consistency.

Care and Cleaning Instructions

The appliance is not designed to be dismantled without special tools. Please do not attempt to separate the unit.
1). Ensure appliance is disconnected from the power supply and switched off before attempting any cleaning.
2). Clean the cover (without the motor unit!) the stirrer and the bowl in hot water with some washing-up liquid. Clean the cooling disc in lukewarm water (max.40°C) with some washing-up liquid.
3). Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth, never immerse the motor unit water nor rinse it under the tap.
