TAKE NOTE > Protect the cutter head from impacts and do not use excessive pressure. This will prevent the blades from becoming damaged. > Do not open the housing - there are no user-serviceable elements inside. À WARNING > This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with restricted physical, physiological or intellectual abilities or deficiences in experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or receive from this person instruction in how the ap- pliance is to be used. > Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not & play with the appliance. > Repairs should only be carried out by authorised specialist companies or by the Customer Service Department. Incom- petent repairs can result in significant risks for the user. In addition, warranty claims become void. > Defective components may only be replaced with original replacement parts. Inserting the battery 1] To open the battery compartment @, turn the battery compartment cover @ so far against the direction of the arrow on the hand ele- ment @ that the spot on the battery compartment cover @ lies under the opened lock on the hand element @ "wm@. You can now take the battery compartment cover @ off. Insert a battery of the type AA/Mignon/LRO6. Pay heed to the correct polarity (indicated in the battery compartment @)!

To do this, place the battery compartment cover @ at an angle on the baïtery compartment @, 50 that the spot on the baïtery compartment cover @ lies under the opened lock on the hand element @ "es. turn the appliance so that all nose hair growth is removed.
