I. INTRODUCTION

Please read this instruction manual carefully before using it and kee it for later information

This manual is conceived for offering you all of the necessary info regarding installation, using and maintenance of the machine. For a correctly and safely use of the machine, please, read this manual before installation and using.

II. SAFETY MEASURES

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

When using the electrical appliance, the below basic safety precautions should be followed:

1. Read all instructions.
2. Before using check that the voltage power corresponds to the one shown on the appliance nameplate.
3. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
4. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
5. Do not operate any appliance with a damage cord or plug or after the appliance malfunction or has been damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or adjustment.
6. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
7. Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
8. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
9. Avoid contacting moving parts.
10. Do not leave foreign objects, such as spoons, forks, knives or the measuring cup, in the jar as this will damage the blades and other components when starting the machine and may cause injury.

11. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

12. The use of attachment, including jar, jar lid, not recommended or sold by manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.

13. Never use hot liquids or run the appliance empty.
14. To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put motor unit or power cord in water or other liquid.
15. Keep hands and utensils out of jar while blending to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the blender.
16. If scraping is necessary, turn the power OFF, unplug from the electrical outlet, and use a rubber spatula only.
17. Always operate blender with lid in place.
18. Never put non-food items into the jar for blending.
19. Do not open the lid before the blade stops running completely to avoid hazard.
20. Do not put hands or other objects into jar during working.
21. Appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

1. Children shall not play with the appliance.
2. Misuse may cause potential injury.
3. Do not use outdoors.
4. This appliance is intended to be used in household only.
5. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the food processor or blender as it can be ejected out of the appliance due to a sudden steaming.
6. Save this instruction manual.

IV. USING THE APPLIANCE

BEFORE FIRST USE

Unpack the appliance and place all parts on a horizontal surface.

Immerse the jar, jar lid and measuring cup in warm soapy water and rinse them and dry.

Never immerse motor unit in water for cleaning to prevent the risk of electric shock.

CAUTION: the blade is very sharp, please handle carefully.

OPERATION

VEGETABLES/FRUIT JUICE

1. Lay the appliance on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged.
2. Prepare the vegetable/fruit well, take carrot for example. Firstly, peel the carrot and cut it into cubes with a size of 15mm*15mm*15mm, then remove the measuring cup and jar lid, after it, put the carrot cubes into the jar. Usually, certain amount of purified water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running of appliance. The proportion of the carrot and water is 2:3. The amount of mixture should not exceed the maximum level as indicated on the jar.

NOTE: Never use hot liquids or run the appliance empty.

1. Close the jar lid and measuring cup well in position. The jar lid must be closed well in position, or the appliance cannot be activated.
2. Install the jar onto jar base, make sure that the jar is installed well in position.
3. Connect the appliance with power source.
4. After switching on the "OFF", rotate the selection gear to start the machine.

NOTE: The buttons of "Smoothie", "Clean" and "Ice crush" are invalid when the appliance is running under the selected speed setting or "Pulse" setting.

1. During working, you can remove the measuring cup and then add ingredients into the jar through the center opening of jar cover during operation, and then replace measuring cup.

NOTE: You'd better not remove the jar from the motor unit during working process. If it is necessary to remove the jar, please firstly turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then remove it.

CAUTION: Do not operate the appliance for more than 3 minutes per time and minimum 30-minute rest time must be maintained between continuous two cycles.

1. Turn the "Speed knob" to "OFF" position once the mixture has been blended to your desired consistency.
2. Unplug the appliance and then remove the jar from the motor unit, carefully remove the jar cover, then pour and serve.

CAUTION: The appliance must be unplugged before removing the jar.

SMOOTHIE

1. Lay the appliance on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged and the "Speed knob" turns to "OFF" position before operating.

2. Put the ingredients into the jar, make sure the amount of ingredients should not exceed the maximum level as indicated on the jar. Follow the recipe as below to operate.

Banana smoothie	Milk: 1/3 of rated capacityBanana: 1/6 of rated capacity, cut into 2 cm in lengthIce cube: 5pcsWhite sugar: 2 spoons	1. Keep processing for 60 seconds.2. Filter the food processed with a sieve of 2mm ( shaking and rinsing the sieve is allowed).3. Calculate the amount of the residual food which is larger than 2mm in size, and the water left in the residual food should be removed.

NOTE: Never use hot liquids or run the appliance empty.

1. Close the jar lid and measuring cup well in position. The jar lid must be closed well in position, or the appliance cannot be activated.

2. Install the jar onto jar base, make sure that the jar is installed well in position.

3. Connect the appliance with power source.

4. Turn the "OFF" position, and the indicators of five buttons blink. And then press "Smoothie" button, its corresponding indicator lights solidly, then the appliance starts to work.

NOTE: The speed cannot be adjusted by the "Speed knob" when the appliance is running under the "Smoothie" mode.

NOTE: During the working process of making smoothie, if you want to make the appliance stop working, you can press "Smoothie" button again or turn the "OFF" position.

EXTRACT

1. Lay the appliance on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged and the "Speed knob" turns to "OFF" position before operating.
2. Put the ingredients into the jar, make sure the amount of ingredients should not exceed the maximum level as indicated on the jar. Follow the recipe as below to operate.

NOTE: Never use hot liquids or run the appliance empty.

1. Close the jar lid and measuring cup well in position. The jar lid must be closed well in position, or the appliance cannot be activated.

2. Install the jar onto jar base, make sure that the jar is installed well in position.

3. Connect the appliance with power source.

4. Turn the "OFF" position, and the indicators of five buttons blink. And then press "Extract" button, its corresponding indicator lights solidly, then the appliance starts to work.

NOTE: The speed cannot be adjusted by the "Speed knob" when the appliance is running under the "Extract" mode.

NOTE: During the working process of making smoothie, if you want to make the appliance stop working, you can press "Extract" button again or turn the "OFF" position.

1. During working, you can remove the measuring cup and then add ingredients into the jar through the center opening of jar cover during operation, and then replace measuring cup.

NOTE: You'd better not remove the jar from the motor unit during working process. If it is necessary to remove the jar, please firstly turn off the appliance to make it stop working and then remove it.

ICE CRUSH

1. Lay the appliance on a flat horizontal surface and make sure it is unplugged and turns to "OFF" position before operating. Make the jar be dried naturally and prepare 8 pieces of solid ice cubes with a size of 15mm^15mm^15mm , then remove the measuring cup and jar lid, after it, put the ice cubes into the jar. Usually, certain amount of purified water has to be added to facilitate the smooth running of appliance. The proportion of the ice and water is
   2:3. The amount of mixture should not exceed the maximum level as indicated on the jar. Follow the recipe as below to operate.

1. Close the jar lid and measuring cup well in position. The jar lid must be closed well in position, or the appliance cannot be activated.

2. Install the jar onto jar base, make sure that the jar is installed well in position.

3. Connect the appliance with power source.

4. Turn to "OFF" position, and the indicators of five buttons blink. And then press "Ice crush" button, its corresponding indicator lights solidly, then the appliance starts to work.

NOTE: The speed cannot be adjusted by the “Speed knob” when the appliance is running under the “Ice crush” mode.

NOTE: During the working process of crushing ice, if you want to make the appliance stop working, you can press "Ice crush" button again or turn to "OFF" position.

2. Unplug the appliance and then remove the jar from the motor unit, carefully remove the jar cover, then pour and serve.

V. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

NOTE: Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged and turns to „OFF" position.

1. The Auto-clean feature can help to clean the blender and blade assembly easily and rapidly in complete safety. Follow the operation of (1)-(4) as below to perform the auto-clean function.
   (1) After use, reassemble the jar and pour about 400-500ml warm water into it.
   (2) Turn to "OFF" position, and the indicators of three buttons blink. And then press the "Clean" button once, its corresponding indicator lights solidly, then the appliance starts to perform auto cleaning.
   (3) After finish cleaning, the appliance will stop working automatically and the indicators of three buttons will turn to blink.
   (4) Unplug the appliance and then remove the jar from the motor unit, then rinse the jar under running water.
2. Wiping the outer surface of motor unit with a damp cloth, do not use abrasive cleansers. Never immerse in water or other solution for cleaning.
3. All parts except the motor unit are dishwasher-safe. You can also wash the parts, except the motor unit, in warm, soapy water.
4. Dry all parts and then reassemble them again. But store the appliance with the jar lid not be closed completely to allow air to circulate and prevent jar odours.
5. If any problem has been encountered during use, never disassemble the Motor Unit by yourself, there are no user serviceable parts inside. Contact only the authorized service facility for examination and repair.

WARNING:

(1) The blade is very sharp, handle carefully when clean.
(2) Do not use abrasive cleaners. Never immerse the Motor Unit in water for cleaning.
