How to set the time on the ESM200 station?
Press the MODE button for 2 seconds. Use the ▲ and ▼ buttons to set hours, minutes, year, month, and day. Confirm with MODE.
How to install the outdoor sensor?
Insert 2 AAA batteries into the sensor. Place it outdoors, sheltered from direct sunlight and rain (under an eave). The station automatically detects the signal.
Why is my station not showing the outdoor temperature?
Check the sensor batteries and the distance (max 30 m). Ensure no metal obstacles block the signal. Press SEARCH to resynchronize.
How to replace the station batteries?
Open the compartment at the back of the station. Insert 2 new AAA batteries, respecting polarity. Close the compartment.
What does the weather forecast icon mean?
The station displays an icon (sun, cloud, rain, snow) based on atmospheric pressure. It is a trend for 12 to 24 hours, not an exact forecast.
How to clear the stored min/max values?
In min/max display mode, press and hold the CLEAR button for 2 seconds. All stored values will be erased.
The station displays 'Error' or abnormal temperatures, what to do?
Remove the batteries from the station and sensor for 10 seconds, then reinsert them. If the problem persists, check the range and interference.
Can I connect multiple outdoor sensors?
Yes, the station can receive up to 3 sensors. Press CHANNEL to toggle between channels (1, 2, 3). Each sensor must be set to a different channel.
How to activate the backlight?
Briefly press the LIGHT button located on the top of the station. The backlight turns on for about 5 seconds.
Is the station waterproof?
No, the main station is not waterproof. Use it indoors only. The outdoor sensor is splash-proof (IPX4), but should not be immersed.
