Frequently Asked Questions - Bimbo HM3 IMETEC

How do I assemble the juicer?
Place the motor unit on a flat surface. Insert the filter basket into the juicer body, then attach the pulp container. Place the lid on top and lock it using the safety arm until you hear a click.
Can I juice whole fruits without cutting?
Yes, the feeding tube has a 60 mm diameter, allowing you to juice whole apples, pears, and similar-sized fruits. For larger fruits, cut them into pieces.
How do I clean the juicer?
Unplug the device and disassemble all removable parts. Rinse them immediately under running water. Most parts are dishwasher-safe (top rack). Use the included brush to clean the filter mesh thoroughly.
What is the best speed for different fruits?
Use low speed for soft fruits like berries and tomatoes. Use high speed for hard fruits and vegetables like apples, carrots, and beets.
Is the juicer suitable for leafy greens?
Yes, but it works best when you roll the leaves into a ball or combine them with harder ingredients like apples for better extraction.
Why does the juicer stop during operation?
The juicer has an overload protection feature. If it stops, turn it off and unplug it. Remove some pulp or reduce the amount of produce. Wait a few minutes before restarting.
Can I juice frozen or very hard ingredients?
No, do not juice frozen fruits or ice cubes as they can damage the filter. For hard ingredients like ginger or turmeric, cut them into small pieces and use high speed.
How do I store the juicer?
Clean and dry all parts thoroughly. Store the juicer in a cool, dry place. You can place the juice jug and pulp container inside the main unit to save space.
Does the juicer come with a recipe book?
Yes, a recipe book is included with the Bimbo HM3. It contains various juice recipes for different health benefits.
What is the warranty period?
