  • The connection to the main must be made using an earthed plug or via an omnipolar circuit breaking device with a contact opening of at least 3 mm.
  • The electrical circuit must be separated from the network by adapted devices, for example: circuit breakers, fuses or contactors.
  • If the appliance is not fitted with an accessible plug, disconnecting means must be incorporated in the fixed installation, in accordance with the installation regulations.
  • The inlet hose must be positioned so that it does not touch any of the hot parts of the hob or even.

Caution!

This appliance has only to be connected to a network 230 V\~50/60 Hz.

Connect always the earth wire.

Respect the connection diagram.

The connection box is located underneath at the back of the hob casing. To open the cover use a medium screwdriver. Place it in the slits and open the cover.

Caution!

Be careful that the cables are correctly engaged and tightenet.

To deactivate this function you have to change the power cooking level of that cooking zone.

In order to assure the food quality and for microbiological reasons the warm keeping time shall be as short as possible. The time limit for this function is two hours. The touch control switches automatically for this reason in stand-by mode after this time.

•Residual heat:

If the temperature of the cooking zone is still high (over 65^ ) after it has been switched off, the relative display will indicate the H symbol (residual heat). The symbol will only switch off when the burn risk is no longer present.

The Cooking zone Timers can be used to switch off a cooking zone automatically after the set time has run out. To activate this function, the user can select the corresponding cooking zone, using E1 - E2 - E3 - E4 key [E area]; after that set a power level (greater than 0), and then press the Timer select key [F area], after that the user can set timer value on the slider [B area]. In case the timer is set and no cooking zone is activated within 10 sec., the displays [E area] are switched off.

To deactivate this function, the user can set time value to or switch off corresponding cooking zone (select the cooking zone, using E area, and move the slider, B area to ). If a timer runs out the alarm mode starts. The alarm can be stopped by any key operation.

The programmed timers (also the stand alone timer) are stopped and not continued during the pause. Automatic Heat-up and Booster functions are also switched off on all cooking zones during pause activation. Unlike the Residual heat and Operating time limitation continue and are not stopped.

This function may be activated also if cooking zone specific errors occur, unlike if a general error occurs during the Pause the hob switches off.

The Pause mode can continue for max. 10 minutes, after which the hob turns off automatically.

In this 10 minutes (max time) the coooktop may be switched off at any time by the user with the ON/OFF key [A area].

To deactivate the Pause mode press the Pause key [D area], thereafter any other key (not the same again) has to be actuated for 10 sec. This recovers the conditions before the pause mode.

The led of the Pause mode [D1 area] is illuminated when the pause function is active, and blinking in two cases: during the waiting time for a second key be activated for ending the pause; and with recall function is possible after switching on again.

- Recall function:

By using the recall function the settings can be recovered quickly when the hob was switched off using the ON/OFF key [A area] accidentally.

Energy Saving Advice
For hobsAs far as possible, always prepare the food in pots and pans with lids to avoid unnecessary heat consumption.Choose a small pot for small quantities. A small pot uses less energy than a larger, underfilled pot.Cook with as little water as possible.Lower the heat level as soon as possible after boiling or browning.Use a pressure cooker to reduce the cooking time.

EICO 60 Fusion IF - •Operation Time Limitation [Automatic Switch Off]: - 2

The European Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), requires that old household electrical appliances must not be disposed of in the normal unsorted municipal waste stream. Old appliances must be collected

separately in order to optimise the recovery and recycling of the materials they contain and reduce the impact on human health and the environment.

The crossed-out dustbin symbol on the product reminds you of your obligation regarding separated waste collection. Consumers should contact their local public service or their local dealer for more information on the correct disposal of exhausted household appliances.
