Comment effectuer une copie recto-verso ?

Installez l'option Duplex AD-509. Placez les originaux dans le chargeur ou sur la vitre. Appuyez sur la touche 'Duplex' et selectionnez le mode souhaite (1->2, 2->1, 2->2).

Comment scanner un document vers une clé USB ?

Inserez la clé USB dans le port avant. Placez le document. Appuyez sur 'Scan', choisissez 'USB' comme destination, puis lancez la numérisation.

Que faire si l’imprimante affiche ‘Bourrage papier’ ?

Ouvrez les capots indiques. Retirez délicatement le papier bloque en suivant les fleches. Refermez les capots. Si le message persiste, verifiez les guides papier.

Comment configurer l’impression securisee (Secure Print) ?

Dans le pilote d'impression, activez 'Secure Print' et definissez un mot de passe. Sur l’appareil, entrez le mot de passe pour lancer l’impression.

L’ecran affiche ‘Toner bas’. Que faire ?

Achetez une cartouche de toner Simitri compatible. Ouvrez le capot superieur, retirez l'ancienne cartouche, inserez la nouvelle et refermez. Le message disparait apres quelques secondes.

Comment realiser une copie ID (carte d’identite) ?

Placez la carte face avant sur la vitre. Appuyez sur la touche 'ID Copy'. Numerisez le recto, puis retournez la carte et numerisez le verso. L’appareil imprime les deux faces sur une meme feuille.

Mon impression est trop claire ou tachee. Comment resoudre ?

Verifiez le niveau de toner. Nettoyez le tambour avec un chiffon doux (voir manuel). Effectuez un calibrage via le menu 'Maintenance'.

Puis-je imprimer depuis un smartphone ?

Oui, si l’option Wi-Fi est installee. Utilisez l'application Konica Minolta Mobile Print ou activez AirPrint (iOS) / Mopria (Android) sur le reseau.

Comment reduire la consommation d’energie ?

Activez le mode 'Eco' dans les parametres. L’appareil passe en veille apres une inactivite reglable. Utilisez le toner Simitri a basse temperature de fusion.

Ou trouver le numero de serie de l’appareil ?

Le numero de serie se trouve sur une etiquette au dos ou sous l’appareil. Il peut aussi s’afficher dans le menu 'Informations systeme'.

ID copy

Any small documents such as employee ID or driver license, its front and back side can be output into one sheet of paper. The readable range is up to A5 size ^*1 . Press the ID Copy button on the operation panel to access this feature directly.

Multiple convenience colour scan features

Colour scan

Colour documents can be digitised into colour files. Fast colour scan at 20ppm (150dpi)* ^1 , never slows work down. The supported scan file formats are TIFF, PDF, and JPEG.

*1 This is the speed when equipped with the Reverse Automatic Document feeder DF-625.

Select the destination for the scanned data

The scanned files can be saved directly to USB memory, or sent to different destination such as E-mail*1, SMB*1 or FTP*1. The supported scan formats are TIFF, PDF and JPEG.

Toner loop mechanism

With the Kona Minolta's own Toner Loop Mechanism technology, there will be no more waste toner.

Simitri toner with biomas

Konica Minolta's own Polymerized Toner technology achieves high image quality. The toner fuses at low temperature to bring the overall reduction of power consumption and CO2 emission, and saving TCO. CO2 emission in the production process can also be also greatly reduced, compared to pulverised toner.

SMTP authentication

To support SMTP authentication which permits sending e-mail to users authenticated by the SMTP server. E-mail servers and ISPs (Internet Service Providers) etc. which are set for SMTP authentication can be used.

Connection to an SMTP server allows SSL communication, so E-mail can be sent in a security-conscious state. This is suitable for small offices and other situations without a private E-mail server.

Watermark

Different types of Watermarks can be added on the documents based on the purpose or importance level of documents.

Account track

The MFP can be set to request a 3-digit account number to use the Copy feature. To restrict users who are not authorized to use the MFP. Also, numbers of copies made under each account can be tracked.
