Comment utiliser le mode éco pour économiser du toner ?

Le mode éco permet d'économiser jusqu'à 40% de toner. Pour l'activer, accédez aux paramètres d'impression depuis le pilote ou le panneau de commande et sélectionnez l'option Mode éco. Ce mode est idéal pour les documents internes.

Comment numériser un document directement sur une clé USB ?

Insérez une clé USB dans le port avant de l'imprimante. Placez le document sur la vitre du scanner ou dans le chargeur automatique. Utilisez le panneau de commande pour sélectionner Numériser vers USB, choisissez le format (PDF, JPEG ou TIFF) et lancez la numérisation.

Comment configurer le fax pour recevoir des documents directement sur mon PC ?

Le PagePro 1490MF prend en charge la réception de fax vers PC. Vous devez installer le logiciel Companion Suite Pro fourni. Dans les paramètres du fax, activez l'option Réception vers PC. Assurez-vous que l'imprimante est connectée à l'ordinateur via USB ou réseau.

Que faire si l'imprimante affiche 'Vérifier le toner' ?

L'imprimante ne possède pas de duplexeur automatique. Pour une copie recto-verso manuelle, copiez d'abord le recto, puis retournez la feuille dans le bac manuel et copiez le verso. Vous pouvez également utiliser la fonction Copie N en 1 pour réduire plusieurs pages sur une seule face.

Quels types de papier puis-je utiliser dans le bac standard ?

Le bac standard accepte du papier de 60 à 105 g/m² au format A4, A5, A6, lettre, legal, B5, B6 ou personnalisé. Les enveloppes et étiquettes doivent être introduits via le bac manuel.

Comment protéger l'imprimante par un code de verrouillage ?

Via le panneau de commande, allez dans le menu Paramètres système puis Code de verrouillage. Saisissez un code à 4 chiffres. Une fois activé, l'imprimante demandera ce code pour toute opération.

Wireless network option with USB

The pagepro 1480MF and 1490MF encourages flexibility utilising the USB port; including print directly from USB, scan to USB and you can even use your USB stick as an extended fax memory.
