Comment charger le papier dans le bac principal ?

Tirez le bac vers vous, ajustez les guides-papier à la taille du support, puis chargez le papier face imprimable vers le haut. Refermez le bac jusqu'à la butée.

Comment connecter l'imprimante au réseau ?

Utilisez un câble Ethernet pour relier l'imprimante à votre routeur. Accédez ensuite au menu Réseau depuis l'écran tactile pour configurer l'adresse IP (automatique ou manuelle).

Comment numériser un document vers une adresse e-mail ?

Placez le document sur la vitre ou dans l'ADF. Depuis l'écran, sélectionnez Numérisation puis Vers e-mail. Saisissez l'adresse du destinataire et appuyez sur Démarrer.

Comment utiliser la reconnaissance d'empreintes digitales ?

Enregistrez d'abord vos empreintes dans le menu Paramètres administrateur. Ensuite, pour imprimer un document confidentiel, placez votre doigt sur le lecteur pour vous authentifier avant que l'impression ne démarre.

Que faire en cas de bourrage papier ?

Ouvrez le capot avant et retirez délicatement le papier coincé en suivant le chemin du papier. Vérifiez également les bacs et l'unité de numérisation. Refermez le capot et appuyez sur OK pour reprendre.

Comment remplacer le toner ?

Ouvrez le capot avant, retirez l'ancienne cartouche de toner en la tirant vers vous. Déballez la nouvelle cartouche, secouez-la légèrement, puis insérez-la jusqu'au clic. Refermez le capot.

Comment configurer l'impression recto-verso automatique ?

Depuis le pilote d'impression sur votre ordinateur, sélectionnez Propriétés de l'imprimante, puis dans l'onglet Finition, cochez Recto-verso. Sur l'imprimante, vous pouvez également définir ce mode par défaut dans le menu Paramètres d'impression.

Comment changer la langue de l'écran tactile ?

Appuyez sur la touche Menu, puis allez dans Paramètres système > Langue. Sélectionnez la langue souhaitée (français, anglais, etc.) et validez.

Comment imprimer un document depuis une clé USB ?

Insérez la clé USB dans le port prévu à l'avant de l'imprimante. L'écran affiche les fichiers compatibles. Sélectionnez le fichier (PDF, JPEG, TIFF) et appuyez sur Imprimer.

Comment mettre à jour le firmware de l'imprimante ?

Téléchargez le dernier firmware depuis le site Sagemcom. Connectez-vous à l'interface web de l'imprimante via votre navigateur (MF Admin). Allez dans Maintenance > Mise à jour firmware, sélectionnez le fichier et lancez la mise à jour. Ne coupez pas l'alimentation pendant l'opération.

First of all the machine is fully integrated to your work space thanks to its compact size. It has a 7,4" large colour touch screen for easier handling. The additional paper trays are easy to reach. The front panel has a wide opening to help you access the new generation all-in-one consumable. Thanks to its large capacity you do not have to change it often.

The Multifunction MF5990 is a powerful communication tool. Mono and colour scan is quick and easy with a flat bed and sheet fed scanner. You scan up to 70 pages in one pass and you can choose among the different routing options (scan-to-mail/scan-to-FTP/Scan-to-SMB/Scan-to-PC).

Whether you receive or send faxes you will certainly communicate quickly with your correspondents. The MF 5990 also has a 500 page fax memory and "sent documents copy" function. For high fax traffic get the dual line fax model (MF5990bdn). The whole range is LDAPv3 compatible.

The Sagemcom MF admin web server will help you remotely configure (parameters, directories, access protection) and remotely visualise the status (consumables, counters, journals, print queues) of your MF 5990 from any PC of the network. With the LDAPv3 function (Light Directory Access Protocol) you can access all the directories available on your network.
