The Lionelo Blossom operates with a 12V 2A adapter. If the control panel is not illuminated and the swing does not respond to the power button, here are the points to check:

Check the adapter: Ensure that the 12V 2A cable is fully plugged into both a wall outlet and the swing connector. Also, check if a light indicator turns on the adapter itself.
Test the wall outlet: Try plugging in another device (lamp, phone) into the same outlet to confirm it is working properly.
Check the connector: Inspect the adapter connection port on the base of the swing. Ensure there is no dirt, oxidation, or poor contact between the pins.
Reset: Unplug the adapter for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Power button: Press the power button on the panel or remote several times - the button may be stuck or require firmer pressure.
