To turn on the SABA CI6060PY23WH induction cooktop, start by pressing the Power button while in standby mode. A beep will confirm that the device is entering startup mode.

Next, select the desired cooking zone from the three available: zone A (180 mm, 1800 W), zone B (160 mm, 1500 W), or zone C (280 mm, 2500 W). Then use the adjustment buttons to choose the heating power on a scale from 0 to 9. The higher the number, the stronger the power. You can also select the Boost mode to temporarily increase the power (up to 2200 W for zone A, 1800 W for zone B, or 3000 W for zone C).

After setting the power, you have 5 seconds to confirm your selection - the position will flash. After this time, the cooking zone will automatically activate and begin heating according to the set power level. If no operation is performed within a minute of startup, beeps will sound and the device will return to standby mode.

You can also set a timer by pressing the timer button after selecting the heating zone. Set the cooking time using the adjustment buttons (units from 0 to 9, then tens if necessary). Once the time is up, “End” will display and 5 beeps will sound to alert you that cooking is finished.

To stop cooking, press the Power button again. After each use, ensure that all controls are in the off position. Only use flat-bottomed and machined pots and pans, as irregular-bottomed containers or aluminum objects can damage the ceramic glass surface.
