If you have forgotten the username or password for your ABUS TVIP42560 camera, you can reset the camera to its default settings by performing a complete reset:

Camera Reset

Locate the reset button (small recessed button) located at the back or on the side of the camera.
Press and hold this button for 30 seconds (use a pointed object like a paperclip or pen to activate it).
Release the button. The camera will restart and return to its factory settings.

Once the reset is complete, you will be able to log in with the default credentials:

Username: installer
Password: none (leave this field empty)

Upon the first login after the reset, the camera will require you to create a new administrator password of 8 to 15 characters containing at least two types of characters (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters). Keep this password in a safe place.
