To fry fries with the Hendi 205815 fryer, set the temperature to a maximum of 175°C.

This fryer has an adjustable thermostat operating from 50 to 190°C. Although the device can handle higher temperatures, the recommended temperature for fries and snacks is 175°C.

Recommended heating procedure:

First heat to 100°C, then wait 15 minutes
Then increase to 100-140°C, wait 15 minutes
Finally, finish at 140-175°C

You will know the temperature is reached when the orange indicator light goes out. At this point, your fryer is ready for cooking.

Important: Only use oils suitable for frying. Ensure that the oil level does not drop below the MIN mark and do not exceed 2 kg of food per batch.
