The generator is delivered without engine oil or gasoline: it is therefore imperative to fill it before the first use. Pour approximately 250 ml of 15W40 engine oil into the tank, then top up with Super E10 maximum gasoline. Check that the power-saving switch (10) is in the "OFF" position.

Before starting cold (engine not yet warmed up), follow this procedure:

Set the tank cap ventilation (2) to "ON"
Set the On/Off switch (11) to the "Choke" (manual starter) position
Pull firmly and quickly on the recoil starter (5) until the engine starts. Never let the starter snap back abruptly, as this could damage the device
Once the engine has started (after 15 to 30 seconds), move the On/Off switch (11) from the "Choke" position to the "RUN" position
