What should I do if the message "Out of service" appears on my Zumex Versatile Pro?

The message "Out of service" appears when the orange counter has reached zero. Your Zumex Versatile Pro has an automatic counting system that limits the number of oranges to be pressed. Once this quota is reached, the machine stops for safety reasons.

Solution 1 - Reset the partial counter (recommended):

Press and hold the MENU button for a few seconds to access the main menu
Select TECHNICAL SERVICE and press ON
Go to COUNTERS, then choose PARTIAL COUNTER
Enter your PIN (default 0000) using the sliders, then press ON
The number of consumed oranges will be displayed. Press the sliders to bring the number back to 0, then confirm with ON
The partial counter is reset and the machine can restart

Solution 2 - Increase the counter:

Go to MENU > TECHNICAL SERVICE > COUNTERS > COUNTER
Enter your PIN
Set the number of oranges to be pressed (maximum 99) using the sliders
Press ON after each digit to validate and move to the next
Choose whether you want the counter to be Visible or Hidden on the main screen
Confirm your selection; the machine is now ready to operate with the new quota

Important: If you have forgotten your PIN or the programmed password, you can reset it. Go to MENU > CONFIGURATION, hold the slider down and simultaneously press the navigation keys to restore the default PIN 0000.
