How to install the Optoma ZU507TST projector?

Place the projector on a stable surface, plug in the power cable, connect your sources (HDMI, VGA, etc.) via the ports on the back. Turn on the projector with the Power button or the remote control. Use the OSD menu to adjust focus and image size.

What is the maximum supported resolution?

The native resolution is WUXGA (1920 x 1200). It can display signals up to 4K via HDMI by scaling.

How to clean the air filter?

Turn off and unplug the projector. Locate the air filter (usually on the side). Remove it, vacuum the dust with a soft vacuum or rinse with warm water. Dry completely before reinstalling. Replace the filter every 500 hours of use.

What is the lamp life?

The phosphor laser lamp lasts up to 4000 hours in normal mode and 10,000 hours in eco mode. The lamp indicator lights up when it's time to replace it.

Can I use the projector with a home theater system?

Yes, the projector is compatible with external audio systems via the 3.5 mm audio output or via HDMI ARC (depending on version). For best experience, use an AV receiver.

How to access the settings menu?

Press the Menu button on the remote control or control panel. Use the directional keys to navigate. Settings include image, display, system settings, and maintenance.

Does the projector support 3D?

Yes, the ZU507TST supports 3D projection via HDMI with DLP Link glasses and compatible 3D content. Enable 3D mode in the Display menu.

Turn off the projector and wait 30 minutes for it to cool. Unscrew the lamp cover, remove the old lamp, insert the new one (part number SP.xxx). Screw the cover back on and reset the lamp counter in the Service menu.
