1. Read the instruction manual carefully and follow the instruction closely.
2. Use only the attached parts which are supplied by the manufacturer.
3. This appliance is intended for household use only, commercial use will void warranty.
4. If the adaptor is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
5. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
6. Insert the adaptor to the AC mains securely. Do not operate the adaptor or wall charging base with wet hands.
7. Keep appliance away from ovens and stoves etc.
8. This appliance is not suitable for outdoors use or on wet surfaces. Use only on dry, indoor surfaces.
9. Do not use the appliance if any parts appear to be faulty, missing or damaged.
10. Ensure all parts are securely assembled before using the appliance.
11. Check to ensure your electricity supply matches that the voltage shown on the rating plate. The appliance must only be used as rated voltage.
12. Do not run the Cordless Stick Vacuum during charging.
13. Do not unplug the adaptor by pulling on the cable. To unplug, grasp the adaptor, not the cable.

(B) RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY

1. Charge the appliance for 4.5 hours before initial use.
2. Never use the appliance without the HEPA Filter or Dust Tank in place.
3. Do not use the appliance in areas where flammable or combustible liquids may be present.
4. When using the Cordless Stick Vacuum for the first time, a smell or vapour may be given off. This will dissipate after few uses.
5. Keep hair, loose clothes, fingers and all parts of the body away from openings and moving parts.
6. Do not insert any objects into openings or cover the appliance.

7. Take extra care when cleaning and vacuuming at the staircase area

8. In order to prevent damage to the product and reduce risk of fire and/or personal injury, the following objects are strictly prohibited from being sucked up:

- Any large or broken objects such as glass.

- Anything that is burning or smoking such as cigarettes, matches or hot ashes.

- Liquid spills

- Reactive liquids (solvents, corrosives, detergents).

- Flammable or explosive substances such as alcohol, thinners etc.

1. Store the appliance upright, in a safe place after use to prevent any accidents.

2. Discontinue usage if the battery runtime changes abruptly or the battery has been damaged.

3. Use only the charger supplied by KHIND. If other chargers are used, this can cause damage to the battery, product or personal property.

4. Store the appliance indoors, in a cool, and dry place.

(C) SAFETY CONCERN WITH LI-ION BATTERIES

1. When working performance decrease due to low battery capacity, please purchase new battery unit from the nearby Khind-Mistral (M) Sdn Bhd Service Center to replace it.
2. Do not litter the battery unit and it should be safely recycled.
3. The battery unit is applicable for this vacuum cleaner model only, please do not use for other models. The battery unit must be charged with the adaptor provided inside the packaging. Do not disassemble the battery unit to avoid damage or short circuit. Do not place the battery unit close to high temperature objects or fire. Do not break or insert sharp objects into the battery unit to avoid electric shock.

It is advisable to turn off the main power supply whenever the appliance is fully charged. (Refer page 6)

Cleaning & Maintenance

WARNING! Do not immerse any part of the VACUUM into the water or other liquids.

(A) Removing and cleaning the dust tank and filter.

1. To ensure the Cordless Vacuum maintains optimum performance, it is recommended to empty the DUST TANK after each use and frequently clean the WASHABLE HEPA FILTER.

2. Detach the DUST TANK and empty the contents.

3. Remove the WASHABLE HEPA FILTER from the centre and wash under warm water. CAUTION: Thoroughly dry the WASHABLE HEPA FILTER before reassembling the appliance.

4. If necessary, rinse the DUST TANK under warm water to remove any excess dust. Dry completely before reassembled the VACUUM.

(B) Removing and cleaning the rolling brush

1. Unlock the BRUSH LOCKING SWITCH to remove the rolling brush from main brush nozzle.
2. Carefully clear/remove/pull out any tangled hair or dirt.

3. Ensure the rolling brush is correctly placed back into the main brush. Ensure the switch is locked.

4. Attention

5. DO NOT rinse the ROLLING BRUSH under water to clean.
   NOTE: Ensure the ROLLING BRUSH is correctly placed back into the appliance.

6. Do not clean the appliance's surface with metal sourcing pads as it may scratch the surface. Use only a damp soft cloth to clean it.
7. Do not use abrasive chemicals, cleaning solvents like petrol, thinner or benzene to clean the appliance and main brush.

Tips: An obstruction in the rolling brush will make brush movement or flow difficult. It is advisable to clean the rolling brush on regular basic. (subject to individual usage)

How to use

(C) Main unit assembly guide

1. Assemble dust tank with motor unit
- Put the dust tank to pins on motor unit lower part.
- Push the dust tank till "Click" sound is heard.

How to use

1. Assemble main unit with battery unit
2. Press the battery unit into the main unit battery compartment till a "click" sound is heard.
3. Assemble main brush, tube and main body
4. Insert upper end of main brush into lower end of the tube, till a "click" sound is heard.
5. Insert the upper end of the tube into the lower end of main unit a "click" sound is heard.
6. a) Assemble the accessory to main unit
7. Insert the 2 in 1 nozzle firmly into the main unit hole.
   b) Assemble the accessory to the tube
8. Insert the 2 in 1 nozzle into the lower end of the tube, till a "click" sound is heard.
9. ON/OFF Power Button & Speed Control Button
10. Press the ON/OFF Power Button to start or stop the vacuum cleaner operation. Press the Speed Control Button to adjust the vacuum cleaner to high/low speed.
11. Charging
    a) Before charging, ensure use only the adaptor provided together with the set.
    b) Put the vacuum onto the wall mount bracket. Connect the adaptor to the main. Once fully charged, all Battery Level Indicator light will be illuminated.
    c) Connect the charger plug to power.
    d) Charge the product indoors and keep the indoor temperature between 4°C and 35°C.
    e) The white charging indicator will turn on and keep flashing during charging to indicate that the machine is being charged. Upon completion of the charging, the three bars of the charging indicator will all turn white and stop flashing.
    f) It takes 4-5 hours to complete the charging. Do not overcharge the battery.
    g) After the completion of the charging, take the charger off the charging base. Do not use the product while it is being charged.
    h) You may hang the machine on the charging base when not using it, but make sure the charger is removed.
    I) When the battery is going to be depleted, please recharge with adaptor.

Troubleshooting

PROBLEM	SOLUTION
NO POWER	Ensure the VACUUM CLEANER is assembled properly.Check the appliance is fully charged before use.
REDUCE IN SUCTION EFFICIENCY	Check openings for any blockages. Unplug and remove the adaptor if necessary.Ensure the HEPA Filter is installed properly in place.Empty DUST TANK and clean the HEPA FILTER.Contact KHIND Customer Services if the HEPA FILTER has become damaged.Recharge for several hours.
MAIN BRUSH NOT ROTATING	Remove the ROLLING BRUSH from the MAIN BRUSH NOZZLE and check for any obstructions such as tangled hair or clogged dirt.Ensure the ROLLING BRUSH has been correctly inserted into the MAIN BRUSH NOZZLE and locked into position using the BRUSH LOCKING SWITCH.The appliance may need recharging. Connect to the WALL CHARGING BASE with ADAPTOR and charge the appliance fully until all INDICATOR LIGHTS are illuminated.
