Go to SETUP > System Setup > Password, enter the default password 0000, then set Rating from 1 (Kid Safe) to 8 (Adult).

How do I change the OSD language?

Press SETUP, navigate to Language Setup, then select OSD Language and choose from English, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, or other available languages.

How can I play files from a USB drive?

Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the unit, press SOURCE and select USB mode. Use the remote to navigate and play supported files (MP3, WMA, JPEG, etc.).

What is the correct way to mount the player in a car?

Use the supplied car bracket: fix Part 1 and Part 2 around the headrest, then attach Part 3 (screws) into the holes. Mount Part 5 onto the back of the unit with Part 4, and adjust the angle using Part 6.

How do I repeat a specific segment of a disc?

During playback, press A-B on the remote once at the start point and again at the end point. The player will repeatedly play that segment. Press A-B again to cancel.

Can I adjust the TV aspect ratio?

Yes. Press SETUP, go to Video Setup or System Setup, find TV Type and select 4:3 PS (pan & scan), 4:3 LB (letterbox), or 16:9 (widescreen).

How do I charge the internal battery?

Connect the supplied AC adapter to the DC IN 9-12V port and plug into a wall outlet. The battery charges fully in about 3–4 hours. Do not charge in poorly ventilated areas.

What should I do if the remote control stops working?

Check that the remote has fresh batteries and is aimed at the sensor. If the problem persists, try resetting the unit by turning it off and on again, or replace the remote batteries.

How do I perform a factory reset?

Remote control unit

1.PLAY/PAUSE

Press PLAY/PAUSE once to pause playback, pressing PLAY/PAUSE second time will resume the playback.

2.STOP

When this button is pressed once, the unit records the stopped point, from where playback will resume if ENTER is pressed after wards. But if STOP button is pressed again instead of ENTER button, there will be no resume function.

3. Reverse Skip

DVD : Go to previous chapter/ track to the beginning.
DVB : Red key in Teletext.

4. Forward Skip

DVD : Go to next chapter/ track.
DVB : Green key in Teletext.

5.VOL-

Adjust VOLUME.

6.REPEAT

Press REPEAT during playback to select a desired repeat mode.

DVD : you can play a chapter/title/all on a disc.

VCD CD : you can play a track/all on a disc.

Mp3 WMA : you can select Repeat one/Repeat folder

play mode on a disc.

To repeat a segment: press AB once to set the starting point for repeat segment, press it again to set an end point, and the player will repeat the segment from the start to the end point.

8.PROGRAM

DVD VCD CD Mp3 :The program function enables you to store your favourite tracks from the disc. Press PROGRAM button, then PROGRAM MENU will appear on screen, now you can use the number key to direct input the titles,chapters or tracks number and select PLAY option. TO resume normal playback, press PROGRAM and select CLEAR option on the program menu.

TTX :Teletext function DVB

JPEG :You can press PROGRAM repeatedly to select the slide show mode, the are 16 types slide show.

TV System

Selecting the color system that corresponds to your TV when AV output. This DVD Player is compatible with both NTSC and PAL. PAL - Select this if the connected TV is PAL system. It will change the video signal of a NTSC disc and output in PAL format. NTSC - Select this if the connected TV is NTSC system. It will change the video signal of a PAL disc and output in NTSC format.

Screen Saver

This function is used to turn the screen saver on or off.

TV Type

Selects the aspect ratio of the playback picture.

4:3 PS: if you have a normal TV and want both sides of the picture to be trimmed or formatted to fit your TV screen.

4:3 LB: if you have a normal TV. In this case, a wide picture with black bands on the upper and lower portions of the TV screen will be displayed.

16:9: wide screen display.

Password

Input user password. Default password is 0000.

Rating

After input correct password, you can change parental level.

Restore the factory setting of setup menu.

You can select OSD language, and select audio/subtitle/menu language of DVD discs if available. Also you can select font type for mpeg4 subtitle.

LT/RT: When playing a 5.1ch DVD disc, the LS/RS/Center channel audio will output through both L and R channel. STEREO: When playing a 5.1ch DVD disc, the LS channel audio will output only through L channel, RS channel audio will output only through R channel, Center channel audio will output through both L and R channel.

Channel Guide

TV Channels: Enter TV channels list.

In TV channels list, press DISPLAY key can sort programs.

Radio Channels: Enter radio channels list.

In radio channels list, press DISPLAY key can sort programs.

Channels Class: Set channels class: Favor, Movie, News, Show.

EDIT CHANNEL:

With this option you will be able to sort the channels as you wish.

• Select the channel you want to move
• Put the cursor on the MOVE rectangle and press the key ENTER
• Move the channel to the whished position and press ENTER
• Press the key SETUP to exit the settings menu.

Language: Selects OSD language.

System Info: Informations about the update data, tuner, F/W version and model version.

Installation

Auto Scan: Auto search all available channels.

Manual Scan: Manual search channels.

Default Setup: Reset DVB factory setting.

Digital Teletext

EPG (Electronic Program Guide)

The DVB-T player provides you an Electronic Program Guide to take a fast preview of live broadcasts from each TV channel in advance of watching it in full screen.

1 Press EPG.

An Electronic Program Guide Menu appears on the screen, with a TV channel menu to the left and corresponding live broadcast of the selected program to the right.

2 Press “ ” button to more digital teletext provided by the selected channel.

Press " " button to return to program list.

3 Press " √" button/ " √" button to toggle through each TV channel and to see its live broadcast.

*To exit from this page

--Press "EPG" button.

If the program you are watching broadcasts digital teletext, the DVB-T player can display teletext. The content of digital teletext varies according to the program provider. It could be pictures and sound for the program, pages of information on the programs, the weather, the news or other options.

Press TTX button, the teletext window appear on the screen.

Press ↑↓button, turn over the teletext information.
