IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully.
- This appliance may only be connected to the same main voltage as shown on the rating plate.
- To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not immerse or rinse housing, cord or plug in water or other liquid.
- Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning.
- Do not contact any moving parts while the appliance is operating.
- Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Take the product to an authorized service factility for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or it's authorised service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid hazard & damage to the unit.
- The use of attachment or accessories which are not supplied with the appliance are not recommended. This could result in electrical shock or injury.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surface.
- Do not use the appliance for other than intended household use.
- Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
- The appliance is not intended for use by young children or infirm persons without supervision. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Before using your rotisserie oven for the first time be sure to:
- Make sure that the oven is unplugged and the TIMER witch is in the "OFF" position.
- Remove all racks and pans and wash them in hot sudsy water or in the dishwasher.
- Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble in oven. Plug oven into outlet and you are ready to use your new Rotisserie & Toaster oven.
- After re-assembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the MAX temperature for approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any packing oil that may remain after shipping.

USING YOUR ROTISSERIE OVEN
Helpful Hints
In general, it is not necessary to preheat the oven. You may have better results if you heat the oven before cooking some delicate meals, such as rare medium meat and cakes.
How To Bake
- Place the removable rack into the desired position.
- Place the bake pan on the wire rack. Shut the oven door
- Turn the timer dial to the desired cooking time.
- Turn the selector dial on the position.
- Turn the thermostat dial for the desired temperature.
- When finished baking, turn the timer dial till position "0", to switch off the oven.
How To Broil
- Insert the removable wire rack with food and the all-purpose pan.
- Keep the door half-open.
- Turn the selector dial to the position
- Turn the thermostat dial to the desired broiling time
- When finish broiling, turn the tinier dial till position "0", to switch off Do oven.
How To Use The Rotisserie Function
- Set the thermo control to max.

Insert the pointed end of SPIT through skewer, making sure the points of skewer face in the same direction as pointed end of the spit. Slide skewer towards square of the spit and secure with thumbscrew.
- Place food to be cooked on the spit by running the so directly through the centre of the food.
- Place the second skewer into the other end of the roast of poultry and secure skewer with the thumbscrew.

- Check the food is centered on the SPIT.
- Insert the point end of the spit into the DRIVE SOCKET. Make sure the square end of the spit rests on the spit support.
- Turn the time control to the ON position.
- When complete, turn the TIME control to the OFF position.
- Remove the spit by placing the hooks of the rotisserie handle under the grooves on either side of the spit. Lift the left side of the spit first by lifting it up and out. Then pull the spit out of the drive socket and carefully remove the roast from the oven. Take the meat off of the spit and place on cutting board or platter.
CLEANING
- It is important that you clean the entire appliance after each use to prevent and accumulation of grease and avoid unpleasant odors.
- Allow the appliance to cool and unplug from outlet before cleaning.
- Do not immerse appliance in water or wash it under water-spout.
- Removable wire rack, bake pan, crumb tray can be washed, as normal kitchenware.
- Clean outside of appliance with a damp sponge.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the oven, as scratching may weaker it and cause shattering.
- Let all parts and surfaces dry thoroughly prior to plugging oven in and using.
GUARANTEE
This product is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Under this guarantee the manufacturer undertakes to repair or replace any parts found to be defective, providing the product is brought back to the purchase address. This guarantee is only valid if the appliance has been used in accordance with the instructions, and provided that it has not been modified, repaired or interfered with by any unauthorised person, or damaged through misuse.
This guarantee naturally does not cover wear and tear, nor breakables such as ceramic items, bulbs etc. If the product fails to operate and needs to be returned, pack it carefully, enclosing your name and address and the reason for return and bring it to the address of purchase. If within the guarantee period, please also provide the guarantee card and proof of purchase.
