ATTENTION
- The fuse and power socket for 3000W model should be the standard one, with specification 16A/250V~. Wire connection must be in accordance to national standard.
- For 5000W model, heater must be connected directly to electrical network with 25A/250V~ fuse and 32A, 30mA RCD.
- The socket, for 3000W model and the RCD for 5000W model, should be installed in place where humidity is less than 80%, and beside the water heater. It is not allowed to be installed below the water heater.
- The water heater should use an independent power supply with reliable grounding connections.
- Water pipes and sewer pipes must not be used for grounding.
- Water drops may appear from the pressure valve due to high water pressure. This is normal. Do not block the pressure relief valve outlet.
- To avoid overheating, fill the heater with water before first use.
- If the power plug is damaged, contact professional maintenance service.
Installation method
FIX WATER HEATER
- Installation must be performed by qualified personnel.
- This is a wall-mounted electric water heater; it must be installed in a location that is:
- drainable and protected from freezing,
- close to the point of water use,
- with sufficient space for maintenance and repair,
- the volume of water in the installation pipes should not be less than 4 times the volume of the water heater.
- free from flammable or highly corrosive gases nearby,
- free from strong electromagnetic fields nearby,
- No direct sunlight, rain, or wind.
- Drill 4 holes (refer to the drilling holes picture), then use a hammer to insert the bolt caps into the holes. Then fix the wall-hang board with screws. See pic.4.
- Lift the water heater; move it slowly forward until the hook is in position and lock the heater with a screw. Make sure the heater is fixed. Note:
(1) The two plug bolt hooks should be completely in the wall and at the same height (horizontal). (2) For the convenience of repair and maintenance, leave a space of at least 50cm on the left side of the water heater (the side with the power supply cable). (3) The water heater must not be installed transversely and should not incline after installation.

When drilling holes in the wall for installation purposes, take care not to damage any electrical wiring or existing piping.
Electrocution caused by contact with live wires. Explosions, fires, or asphyxiation caused by gas leaking from damaged piping. Damage to existing installations. Flooding caused by water leaking from damaged piping.
Perform all electrical connections using wires which have a suitable cross-section.
▲ Fire caused by overheating due to electrical current passing through undersized cables.
Protect all connection pipes and wires in order to prevent them from being damaged.
Electrocution caused by contact with live wires. Flooding caused by water leaking from damaged piping.
Use suitable manual tools and equipment (make sure in particular that the tool is not worn out and that its handle is fixed properly); use them correctly and make sure they do not fall from a height. Replace them once you have finished using them.
Personal injury from falling splinters or fragments, inhalation of dust, shocks, cuts, pricks, and abrasions. Damage to the appliance or surrounding objects caused by falling splinters, knocks, and incisions.
PIPE CONNECTION – non-pressurized boiler
- Install the multi-functional valve and water inlet valve to the water inlet of the water heater.
- Please refer to the picture for installation requirements and instructions on how to connect the heater, water tap, valve, and pipes. Ensure that water pipes are clean and there is no blockage inside pipes. It is necessary to install the water inlet valve.
- In the heating process there can be a few water drops come out of the safety valve.
- If the heater is not installed in the indoor place, it should be installed in the place where it is no direct sunlight and rain. To avoid the heat losses, it has to be installed near the place of use of water.
- When the heater is not in use for a long period of time, please unplug the power supply and pour the water out of heater.
- The water tap or the connection on the outlet water pipe must be without the valve. The installation must be done by professional personnel.

NOTE: Heater is equipped with multi-functional valve. Water inlet valve and water tap is not included in package! You must use water tap for non preasusrized boiler! You have to install boiler with water connections downwards!
