How to install the battery in the Cell Pro camera?
Open the rear cover of the camera, insert the provided battery respecting polarity, then close the cover. Make sure the battery is properly engaged.
How to pair the camera with the hub?
Press the SYNC button on the hub, its LED blinks white. Then press the SYNC button on the camera, its LED blinks green. Wait until the LEDs remain on for 10 seconds, the pairing is successful.
What to do if the app says 'Network configuration failed'?
Reset the camera by holding the SYNC button for 8 seconds, then reconnect it. Make sure to connect only to the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as the camera does not support 5 GHz.
How to reset the Cell Pro camera?
Hold the SYNC button for 8 seconds. The red LED turns on for 1 second then off, indicating a successful reset.
What to do if the image is not clear?
Check that the lens is clean. Clean it with a soft, dry cloth. Also ensure that the protective vinyl cover has been removed.
How to clean the camera lens?
Use a soft, clean cloth to gently wipe the lens. Avoid harsh chemicals.
How to activate two-way audio?
In the IMOU app, activate the audio option during live viewing. Make sure sound is enabled on your smartphone.
What is the Wi-Fi range of the camera?
The range depends on the environment. For optimal performance, keep the camera away from obstacles and electromagnetic interference. The hub should be close to the router.
How many cameras can be connected to a single hub?
You can pair up to 6 Cell Pro cameras on the same hub. Pair them one by one following the procedure.
What to do if the camera LED does not turn on?
Check the power supply: use the provided power adapter and ensure the cable is properly connected. If the battery is drained, recharge it. Also check that the camera is not in standby mode.

Note: You can pair six cameras at most with one Hub, and pair one camera at a time. Keep the distance of the Hub and the camera within 30 cm (12 inches) during pairing.

| The app says "Failed to bind" | The camera is already connected to Wi-Fi, but the router is:· Not connected to Internet· Poor network status· The Wi-Fi signal is not stable due to obstacles or electronic interference |
| No picture / signal | · Ensure the LED indicator on the camera is flashing steady green. See 'LED Status' section for details if otherwise.· Ensure the camera is properly connected to power using the included USB power adapter.· Try repositioning the camera, router, or both to improve signal strength. |
