To reinstall your IMOU A1 4MP camera in your new home, follow these steps:

1. Reset the camera

If your camera was already connected to your old Wi-Fi network, start by resetting it to factory settings. Press and hold the reset button located at the back of the camera for about 10 seconds until you hear a beep.

2. Download the Imou Life app

Make sure you have the Imou Life app installed on your phone (iOS or Android).

3. Create an account and add the device

Create or log in to your Imou Life account
Press the button to add a device
Scan the QR code located under your camera (or in the packaging box)

4. Connect to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi

Important: The IMOU A1 4MP camera only works on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, not on 5 GHz. Select your home Wi-Fi network and enter the password.

5. Complete the setup

Follow the on-screen instructions in the app. The camera will connect and initialize. You should be close to the router during the initial setup to ensure a good connection.
