ASSEMBLY

  1. Fit the suction hose in the intake opening until it clicks into place (diagram 1). Remove by pressing in the release button and pulling the suction hose out of the intake opening.
  2. Fit the tube (diagram 2).
  3. Fit the extension (diagram 3).
  4. Fit the floor nozzle (diagram 4).

ACCESSORIES

NOTE:

• Always unplug the power cord from the wall socket before changing accessories.
- There is a radiator nozzle and brush nozzle in the accessory holder.

USE

  1. After fitting the accessories, pull out the power cord to the required length and plug in the plug. A yellow mark on the power cord shows a suitable extension length. Do not pull out the power cord further than the red mark.
  2. Start the vacuum cleaner by pressing the power switch once.
  3. Wind in the power cord by pressing the rewind button. The power cord on the vacuum cleaner winds in automatically. Always hold on to the plug when winding in the power cord.
  4. Adjust the required suction power with the power button.

MAINTENANCE

EMPTYING THE DUST CONTAINER

NOTE: Never use the vacuum cleaner without the dust container.

Empty the dust container when the full filter indicator is red when the vacuum cleaner is working at full power and the nozzle is raised from the surface.

  1. Remove the hose and the handle, and turn the release button.
  2. Remove the dust container (diagram 5).
  3. Press the release on the bottom casing on the vacuum cleaner (diagram 6).
  4. Open the cover and empty the container (diagram 7).
  5. Replace the dust container and lock in place.

CLEANING

NOTE:

- Never use the vacuum cleaner without the intake filter and HEPA filter.

This can reduce the suction power and/or damage the motor.

- Switch off the vacuum cleaner and unplug the power cord before cleaning or changing the filter.

- Do not wash the filter in a washing machine.

- Do not dry the filter with a hair dryer or equivalent.

Cleaning/ changing the intake filter

Clean the intake filter at least 2 times a year, or when you can see that it is clogged. Change the intake filter when necessary.

  1. Remove the intake filter (diagram 8).
  2. Rinse the filter in lukewarm water and allow to completely dry.

Cleaning/ changing the HEPA filter

Clean the HEPA filter when it is clogged. Change the HEPA filter when necessary.

  1. Open the cover over the HEPA filter.
  2. Remove the HEPA filter unit (diagram 9). Pull out the HEPA filter.
  3. Rinse the holder and HEPA filter in lukewarm water and allow to completely dry. The HEPA filter can be brushed clean.
  4. Close the cover.
