BATTERY

- The charger must only be used with the supplied battery. Do not attempt to charge the battery with any other charger than the one supplied.

- Switch off the product and unplug the power cord before cleaning and maintenance, and before removing the battery.

CHARGING

ASSEMBLY

SIDE BRUSH

Fit the side brush beneath the corner brush.

BATTERY COMPARTMENT

Open the battery compartment and replace the battery with a new one of the same type. Press in the lock tabs to connect the battery. Align the battery cover tabs to the square holes and tighten the screws.

BRUSH WHEEL

Turn the robotic vacuum cleaner upside down on a flat surface. Press on the middle brush holder and take out the brush wheel together with the roller bearing. Clean the brush wheel and replace the bearing and brush wheel.

USE

  • The sensors on the robotic vacuum cleaner stop it from colliding with obstacles and ensure that it covers all of the floor. The step sensor prevents the robotic vacuum cleaner from falling down the stairs, and the light sensor allows it to work in the dark.
  • The side brushes, in combination with the roller brush at the front, ensure effective cleaning of wooden and tiled floors and short-pile carpets.

CAPACITY

The dust container has a capacity of 0.3 litres, which means the robotic vacuum cleaner seldom needs to stop because it is full. The vacuum cleaner can work up to 90 minutes per charge.

HOW TO USE

  1. Fit the side brushes on the robotic vacuum cleaner.
  2. Place the vacuum cleaner in the middle of the area to be cleaned.
  3. Press the button to start the vacuum cleaner.
  4. Press the button for the required mode.
  5. Press any button to stop the vacuum cleaner when it is running.

NOTE:

  • If the vacuum cleaner stops and the red status light starts flashing, check whether the brush wheel is blocked. If so, take out the brush wheel and clear the blockage. Put the vacuum cleaner back on the floor and start it.
  • Charge the battery if the vacuum cleaner stops and the green status light starts flashing. The green status light flashes during the charging and stops flashing when the battery is fully charged.
  • If the vacuum cleaner switches off, hold it over a waste paper basket and press the release button to open the lid over the dust container to empty the dust container. Switch off the vacuum cleaner.
  • If the vacuum cleaner stops and the red and green status lights start flashing at the same time, press the button on the side for five seconds to switch off and then press again to start. Contact the

retailer if the vacuum cleaner still does not work properly.

CHARGING THE BATTERY

  1. Plug the charger into a power point.
  2. Connect the charger cable to the vacuum cleaner.
  3. An audio prompt is given and green status light starts flashing to show that the battery is charging.
  4. When the battery is fully charged the green light stays on.
  5. Pull out the charger cable from the vacuum cleaner and unplug the charger from the power point.

NOTE:

Charge the battery if the vacuum cleaner stops and the green status light starts flashing.

Replacing the battery

  1. Open the battery cover and remove the battery.
  2. Press the catch with your left hand and pull out the battery with your right.
  3. Insert a new battery by pressing the lock tabs and pressing the right-hand part to the left so that the battery clicks in place.
  4. Replace the battery cover. Align the battery cover tabs to the square holes. The battery cover is correctly fitted when the cover is in line with the screw hole. Tighten the screw.

MAINTENANCE

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

  • Switch off the robotic vacuum cleaner, pull out the plug, and wait until it has cooled before cleaning.
  • Do not use solvents, or strong or abrasive detergent.

  • Do not attempt to clean the inside of the vacuum cleaner.

  • Do not attempt to dismantle or repair the vacuum cleaner. Replace the vacuum cleaner if it is not working properly.
  • Never immerse the vacuum cleaner in water or any other liquid.
  • Clean the outside of the vacuum cleaner with a damp cloth. Wipe thoroughly dry.
  • Clean the ventilation openings with a soft brush.
  • Clean the metal parts with a dry cloth.
  • Clean the plastic parts with a dry cloth. Do not use strong or corrosive detergent or oil.
  • Store the vacuum cleaner in a dry and cool place.

MIDDLE BRUSH

To clean the middle brush holder, press the middle brush holder and take out the brush wheel. Take out and clean the roller bearing and fit the brush wheel.

DUST CONTAINER

Switch off the robotic vacuum cleaner before emptying the dust container. Hold the vacuum cleaner over a waste paper basket, or the equivalent. Press the lock button for the dust container to open the lid and empty the dust. Close the dust container.

STATUS LIGHTS

Three status lights show the battery charge status: 10 min, 20 min and MAX (90 min).

FAULT STATUS LIGHT

Red light on

Check whether the brush wheel is blocked, and clear if necessary.

Green light flashing

Charge the battery. The green status light flashes during the charging and stops flashing when the battery is fully charged.

Red and green lights on

Press the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds to switch off the vacuum cleaner. Press the ON/OFF button again to start the vacuum cleaner. If the vacuum cleaner does not start, take it to an authorised service centre to be checked, repaired or adjusted.
