Important safeguards
When using electrical appliances especially when children are present, Basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
- Read all instructions before using.
■ To protect against electrical shock, do not submerge the mixer or allow AC cord to come in contact with water or other liquids.
■ Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
■ Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been dropped or damaged in any matter. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
■ Do not use outdoors.
■ Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces, including the stove.
■ Always unplug the appliance before assembling, disassembling, cleaning.
■ Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
■ Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label of the appliance.
- Don't plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug before disassembling the appliance or handle the blade.
- Don't let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.
- Don't place the appliance in the hot ingredients.
■ The appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities.
■ Short-time operating. Use the appliance for no longer than 1 minute, and don't operate hard food for no longer than 10 seconds.
■ If you press switch, you can run the inching switch to meet your request.
■ Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
■ They shall state that care shall be take when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
■ Switch off the appliance and disconnected from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts which move in use.
■ This appliance can be use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.
■ This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Keep hands and utensils out of the container while blending/away from the cutting blade while chopping food to prevent the possibility of severe injury to persons or damage to the unit. A scraper may be used but must be used only when the unit is not running.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
■ Always disconnect the blend from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
This stick mixer is a versatile appliance that can be used in various ways:
■ The stainless steel blending leg – for use as a stick mixer
■ The food processor bowl with S blade, reversible shredding/slicing disc, strip disc for use as a food processor.
■ The whisk attachment – for use as a hand whisk
How to use the hand blender

1 Turn the blender leg on the motor unit until it locks.
2 Put the hand blender in the beaker and press the switch to operate it.
3 Do not use the hand blender for longer than 1 minute at a time.
4 Caution: the blade is very sharp!

How to use the whisk

The whisk is suited for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing light cake batters and ready-mix desserts.
1 Insert the whisk into the whisk holder, and then turn the gear box on the blender motor body until it locks.
2 Place the whisk in a bowl and press the switch to operate it.
3 Use the whisk for no longer than 2 minutes at a time.
4 Turn the whisk gearbox off the blender motor body after use. Then detach the whisk from the whisk gearbox.
How to use the slicing/shredding disc

The slicing/shredding disc is reversible, with one side for shredding and another side for slicing. The reversible shredder/slicer disc is suited for shredding and slicing cheese, cucumber, carrots etc. The strip disk is suited for potatoes, cucumber, swede etc.
1 Place the detachable drive shaft into to the food processor bowl, push down gently to ensure the drive shaft is fully attached.
2 Place the slicing/shredding disc or strip disc, depending on your need. Use only one disc at a time.
3 Place the lid into position by turning it anticlockwise until it locks and then turn the motor unit on top of the processor bowl until it locks. Ensure that the lid is on correctly.
4 Put the food into the feeding chute with the pusher. Be sure the food is cut into small pieces and use fresh ingredients. Fill the food chute fairly full with ingredients. Never put your fingers in the feeding chute.
5 Press the switch to operate.
How to use the dicing device

1 Put the food processor bowl on a fl at sturdy surface, like a countertop.
2 Put the cube blade in the assembly and put the cutter blade into place.
3 Hold the cutter blade assembly at the center, place the knife lid onto the cube blade. Lock it by pushing the four metal parts inwards.
4 Put the cube blade assembly into the food processor bowl. This assembly will only fit if the square elevated part of the cube blade is placed in the slot at the front of the food processor bowl. Look for the sticker on the food processor bowl.
5 Put the cutter cube shaft into to the middle of the cutter blade (star shaped).
6 Put on the processor bowl cover, open the hatch, turn cover anticlockwise and close the hatch. The food processor bowl is now locked.
7 Insert the blender motor body onto the processor bowl cover.
8 Turn the blender motor body clockwise, you will hear and feel a slight click.
9 Push down gently to ensure that the blender motor body is securely locked.
10 Plug in the power cord into an electrical outlet.
11 Add ingredients to be processed in the feeding chute and press one of the switches on the blender motor body to operate.
Caution:
- Put the food into the feeding chute. Use the pusher in order to dice the food. Never put your fingers into the feeding chute.
■ Use fresh ingredients. Be sure the food is cut into small pieces. Fill the food chute fairly full with ingredients.
■ The cutting blade is very sharp, always handle with care.
■ When you are finished using the unit please use the cleaning brush to remove any leftover food. Never use your fingers as the cube blade is very sharp.
How to use the S blade

The S blade is for cutting salad, nuts, meats, onion and so on.
1 Put the "S" blade onto the detachable drive shaft, handle carefully, the blade is very sharp.
2 Place the processor bowl cover and turn anticlockwise until it locks
3 Fit the blender motor body onto the food processor bowl, push down gently to ensure the blender motor body is securely locked.
4 Plug in the power cord into an electrical outlet and start using your appliance
Caution:
■ Always attach the blender motor body and blade to the food processor bowl before adding ingredients.
- Cut food such as meat, bread, vegetables into cubes approximately 2 cm before processing.
■ The blade is very sharp. Always hold it by the detachable drive shaft. Never touch the blade itself.

Clean the blender motor body and food processor bowl lid with a damp cloth only. Never immerse the blender motor body in water.
1 All other parts can be cleaned in the dish washer. However, after processing very salty food, you should rinse the blades straight away.
2 Also, be careful not to use too much detergent or decalcifying agent in your dishwasher.
3 When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance may become discolored, wipe these parts with vegetable oil before placing them in the dishwasher.
4 The blades are very sharp, please pay attention.
5 Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
