The maximum continuous operation time is 5 minutes when using whipping or mixing accessories. After that, allow a 10-minute break before using again.

Can I wash the mixer body in the dishwasher?

No, do not immerse the mixer body (4) in water or wash it in a dishwasher. Clean it only with a damp cloth. The beaters and dough hooks can be washed in warm water with dish soap.

How do I attach the beaters or dough hooks?

Ensure the mixer is unplugged and the switch is at 0. Insert the attachments into the corresponding sockets at the bottom of the mixer (photo 2). Always use them in pairs: two beaters or two dough hooks. Make sure they are properly assembled before operation.

What does the TURBO button do?

The TURBO button instantly provides the maximum speed, equivalent to speed setting 5 on the switch. It is useful for quick mixing or whipping tasks.

Can I use the mixer for hot ingredients?

No, the temperature of liquids should not exceed 50°C. Using hotter ingredients may damage the appliance.

What should I do if the mixer slows down during use?

If the mixer slows down, stop operation and let it rest. Also, try to liquefy the ingredients if possible to reduce load. Extended operation without breaks can damage the motor.

Please read all these instructions carefully before using this appliance.

1. Before the first use, read this entire user manual.
2. Plug in the connecting cable to an outlet with parameters specified in the manual.
3. Do not immerse the cable or the appliance in water.
4. Do not use in open air.
5. Do not place the appliance near heat sources.
6. Do not leave unattended children near the appliance.
7. The device can be used by children aged 8 and older and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without sufficient experience and knowledge only under supervision or if previously instructed on the safe use of the appliance and the possible risks. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance that are the responsibility of the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision. Protect the appliance and the power cord against children under 8 years old.
8. Before turning the appliance on, make sure that all its components are properly mounted.
9. Do not grab the appliance with wet hands.
10. Always unplug the appliance if it is unattended, before the assembly or disassembly of attachments and before cleaning,

Before the first use wash the dough hooks (6), beaters (5).(see chapter: CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE).

ASSEMBLY

• Make sure the appliance is unplugged, and the switch (2) is set in the position "0".
• Place the dough hooks (6) or beaters (5) in proper sockets on the bottom part of the mixer (4), photo 2. Attachments need to be assembled in pairs two dough hooks (6) or two beaters (5). Assemble the attachments in the order shown in the photo 2.

• Plug in the appliance.
• The mixer starts its operation after a proper speed is selected with the switch (2).
• By changing its position 5 different speeds can be obtained.
• TURBO button is used to achieve immediately the maximum speed corresponding to the position "5" of the switch (2).
• When whisking or mixing is finished, one should:
• Slide the switch (2) to "0" position and unplug the mixer.
• Pull the attachments from the sockets by pressing the button (1).

CAUTION

Watch the continuous operation time of the appliance. The extended operation time and the lack of breaks may lead to the irreversible damage to the engine and loss of warranty. In the case of stopping the appliance while operation, before cleaning, unplug it and wait till the attachments stop to whirl.

If the appliance slows down while operation it needs a break and, if possible, liquefying ingredients.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning, unplug the appliance.

Do not wash the appliance in a dish-washer machine.

Do not immerse the body (4) in water.

Clean with a damp cloth or towel.

Other components of the appliance can be washed in warm water with a dishwashing liquid.

Do not clean the appliance with sharp, abrasive cloths or sponges as it may destroy the appliance.

• The appliance should be handed over to the appropriate centre of collection and recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
