thank you for buying a PHILCO brand product. So that your appliance serves you well, please read all the instructions in this user's manual.

1. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS TIPS
Danger
- Do not immerse the power cord, plug or housing into water or under the tap during cleaning, to avoid any damage or danger.
- Avoid any liquid enter into the appliance to prevent from electric shock or short-circuit.
- Do not cover the air inlets and air outlets when the appliance is working.
- Some parts of the appliance have high temperature during operation, Please do not use hand touching directly.
Warnings
- Make sure that your output voltage corresponds to the voltage stated on the rating label of the appliance.

Before using, please check the power cord of appliance and the accessories, do not use with any damage.
-
Do not let cord hang over the sharp edge of counter.
- Do not plug in the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
- Do not place or use the appliance on or near combustible materials, such as tablecloth, curtain or wallpaper, in order to avoid something burning.
- External power cord connection is not allowed.
- High temperature in the appliance's inner chamber during operation, please do not put plastic dishes, bowls or protection film into it.
- The appliance should be placed on a horizontal and stable surface when using. Do not place on plastics, board or any other hot-short, easy-wear surface.
- Do not place the appliance against wall or other appliances, please remain 10cm of space for all around.
- Do not place anything on the top of appliance.

Do not use the appliance beyond the specification of this manual.

Do not use this product in the unattended.
- During the appliance frying, hot steam will exhaust through the hind side air outlet. Keep your hands and face at a safe distance from the steam and the air outlet openings. Also be careful of hot steam and air when you remove the frying pot from the appliance.
- Once finish cooking and taking out the frying pot, it is with very high temperature. Do not touch it.
- If the pre-set time is too long, the food will be burnt and smokes will release from air outlet. Plug off immediately and clean the food and oil of the frying pot, frying rack.
- After using the appliance, please press the power button, then pull the plug from the socket, avoid direct strong pulling power cord.
- Keep the appliance and its cords out of children.
Cautions
- Unplug the appliance from outlet when it is not in use or before cleaning. Allow it to cool down first. And then clean it.
- Do not use any accessories provided by non-native.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household. Do not use outdoors.
- Clean and wipe dry the frying pot, frying rack before putting the food inside.
- The appliance is with built-in safety switch. Only when the frying pot put in the correct place, the appliance can be switched to standby mode.
• Always unplug the appliance while it is not used. -
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid any hazard.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
- Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
- Appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
- The frying pot or the outer surface may get hot when the appliance is operating.

3. PRODUCT INSTRUCTIONS
- Place the appliance on a horizontal surface. keep at least 10cm empty space from the back and sides, and pay attention to keep machine away from curtains /wall covering and other combustible materials.

NOTES:
• Different cooking options, different accessories.
• After cooking, remove the frying rack from the pot with gloves or other anti scald tools.
- Do not fill the pot with food fully, keep a minimum of 30 mm distance from the top edge of the pot. It is necessary to keep the internal air flowing smoothly, and the food may become bigger after heating, depending on the actual situation.
- Only when the frying pot put in the correct machine can work properly, otherwise the display will show "OPEN".

As shown in the picture on the right side.
- Only when the pot is put into the appliance, the appliance can work. When the pot is not put into the machine in the shutdown mode, the digital screen will display "---".

4. BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packaging materials, stickers and labels.
- Clean the frying pot and all other accessories with hot water, dishwashing liquid, and a non-abrasive sponge.
- Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a cloth.
- When you use it for the first time, you may smell a slight smell and smoke. Don't be nervous, it is normal and will disappear slowly after use.
5. PRODUCT OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
- When the power is turned on, the buzzer rings, the digital screen and all indicator lights flicker and then turn off, only "◀" button indicator light lights up.
- Press " ⏻" key, all indicator lights and digital screen light up, enter into standby state.
- In standby state, “,”—, “+” keys are locked, other keys can be operated.
- If no any operation within 60s in the standby state, the machine will shut down automatically.
- In standby state, select the function, then press "⏻" key to begin working.
- During the working process or function selection, if you want to adjust the time and temperature, press “/” button, the icon correspondings to the digital screen will flicker, when it is flickering, press “—”, “+” button to adjust the temperature and time.
- During the working process, press "⏻" button, the appliance will stop working, but the fan will continue to rotate for 1min, play the role of heat dissipation.
6. MENU FUNCTION SELECTION
- We provide a combination of cooking time and cooking temperature to meet your different cooking needs.
- Here are our menu combinations. You can also change the cooking time and temperature according to actual needs.

NOTE:
- The larger the serving of roasted chicken or food, the more time and temperature it takes, according to the actual situation.
7. SETTING OF COOKING TIME AND TEMPERATURE
- After selecting the function, if you need to reset the cooking temperature and time, press "%" button.
- When adjust the cooking temperature, press "3/6" button, "°C" icon on the digital screen will flicker, press "-" + " button to adjust the cooking temperature. Each press changes 5 °C, the adjustable range of temperature is 40 °C - 200 °C.
- Adjust the cooking time, press ""/" button,"MIN" icon on the digital screen will flicker, press "−","+" button to adjust the cooking time. Each press changes 1 min, the adjustable range of time is 1 min-60 mins.
8. PAUSE FUNCTION
- During working, pull out the frying pot directly, it will enter into the pause state. In this case, only "☐" can be operated, the other keys will be locked. Put the frying pot into the appliance, the appliance will continue the previous cooking work.
NOTES:
- If do not operate for more than 10 minutes in the pause state, the appliance will return to the power-up state automatically.
- During cooking or finish cooking, the frying pot, appliance, accessories and food are too hot. Don't touch with hand directly.
TIP:
• During cooking, turn the food regularly or irregularly to help cook more evenly and cook better.
9. FINISH COOKING
- When the appliance is done, a "beep" "beep" "beep" sounds and the appliance stops working, but its fan continues to operate for 1 minute until the internal center temperature drops.
- Pull out the frying pot and put it on a stable horizontal surface. The frying pot is very hot, put the pad under the frying pot.
- Pour food on a plate or tableware.
- After cooking, press the power button to turn off the power supply and pull the power cord off the wall.
NOTES:
- When taking out the frying pot or accessories, don't touch them to avoid scalding.
• It is better to take out the frying pot after cooling completely, which is also good for the appliance. - Don't turn the frying pot upside down, as there will be extra grease dripping out.
10. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the appliance and accessories after every use, keep the appliance clean.
NOTES:
• Unplug from the outlet and let the appliance cool down for at least 10mins before cleaning.
• Wipe the appliance surface with soft moist cloth.
- Don't immerse the power cord, plug and the appliance's body into water or other liquid, it may cause damage of appliance, fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
11. STORAGE
Please pay attention to the following.
• Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before storing.
• Make sure all parts are clean and dry, assemble all parts and then place it in a dry, clean, no corrosive environment.

| Too much food in the pot. | The food cannot be more than 4/5 of the pot, and do not put overstuffed, should leave a gap between the ingredients. | |
| The food is not defrosted completely. | Defrost the food completely. | |
| Food is cooked unevenly. | Some food need to be turn over constantly during cooking. | During cooking, pulling out the pot and turning over the food for every 5-8mins. |
| White smoke is coming out of the pot. | Cooking greasy food. | Cooking greasy foods will cause a lot of oil oozing. This oil will produce white smoke with high temperature.It's normal. |
| Residual oil in the pot from last time. | Make sure the pot is cleaned before and after each use. | |
| French fries are not cooked crispy. | It depends on the water and oil content of ingredients. | Make sure the chips are dry before frying and don't cut the chips too thick. You can preheat the pot before frying. |
| Display shows Error Code "E01" | There is an open circuit in NTC sensor. | It may be loose or disconnected, please contact professional after-sales service. |
| Display shows Error Code "E02" | There is an short circuit in NTC sensor. | Maybe the NTC sensor is damaged, please contact professional after-sales service. |
| Display shows Error Code "E03" | Furnace temperature is too high. | Disconnect the power, pull out the pot and wait for it to cool down and turn it on again. |
13. Appendix
Circuit principle diagram

This product must not be disposed together with the domestic waste. This product has to be disposed at an authorized place for recycling of electrical and electronic appliances. By collecting and recycling waste, you help save natural resources, and make sure the product is disposed in an environmental friendly and health way.
