Why is there no sound from the earphones?

Check that the earphones are fully inserted into the 3.5mm jack, volume is turned up, and the device is not paused. If still silent, try another pair of earphones.

Can I expand the memory?

Yes, the device has a microSD card slot under the battery cover. Insert a card up to 32 GB to increase storage.

How do I update the firmware?

Visit the Hyundai support website. Download the latest firmware file, copy it to the root of the device's memory, then disconnect and restart the player. Follow on-screen instructions.

Charging the Battery

Battery is full on 3,7 V. As time goes on, capacity indication will monish. Indicator shows blank when battery almost ran out. You should charge your battery at that time. Connect the USB cable to the USB slot on your PC; It takes about 2 hours for the player with fully charge.
