What is the maximum capacity of the Perfect Fry MFC1000 basket?

The maximum capacity depends on the food type. For frozen chips, it is up to 500 g. For other foods, refer to Table 1 in the manual (e.g., chicken nuggets up to 500 g, steak up to 500 g). Overfilling may result in uneven cooking.

Can I use oil in the air fryer?

Yes, but only a small amount (e.g., 1 teaspoon) is recommended. Do not fill the drawer with oil or fat. The appliance uses hot air circulation, so minimal oil is needed for a healthy result.

How do I preheat the appliance?

Press and hold the power button (E), set desired time and temperature using buttons A and C, then press START/STOP (F) to start preheating without food. This ensures even cooking.

What do the preset programs do?

The preset programs (Frozen Chips, Fish, Dough, Chicken) automatically set the optimal temperature and time for those foods. You can still manually adjust time and temperature if needed. See Table 2 for preset defaults.

Why does white smoke come out of the appliance?

White smoke is normal if the food has too much oil or if there are grease residues in the drawer or basket. It does not affect food quality or safety. Clean the drawer and basket regularly to minimize smoke.

How should I clean the Perfect Fry MFC1000?

Turn off and unplug the appliance, let it cool completely. Wash the basket, drawer, and accessories with warm water and mild detergent. Use a damp cloth to clean the body and interior. Never immerse the body in water.

Can I put metal utensils or foil inside the air fryer?

PRZEZNACZENIE

1. Read the whole content of this user manual before using the appliance for the first time connect the connection cord to a socket which complies with the specification provided in the manual.
2. Set the appliance on a flat, stable and high temperature resistant surface.
3. Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by pulling the plug, not the power cord.
4. Disconnect the appliance from the mains whenever it is not used or before cleaning it.
5. Do not immerse the cord or the appliance in water.
6. Do not use in open air.
7. Do not use nearby inflammable materials such as furniture, bedding, paper, clothes, lace curtains, linings etc.
8. Do not leave children without care nearby the appliance parts of the appliance become hot when the appliance is being used. You should hold the appliance only by the handgrip.
9. Be careful when taking out the sandwiches. Ready made sandwiches are hot and can burn.
10. Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is being used.
11. The device can be used by children aged 8 and older and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without sufficient experience and knowledge only under supervision or if previously instructed on the safe use of the appliance and the possible risks. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance that are the responsibility of the user shall not be carried out by children without supervision. Protect the appliance and the power cord against children under 8 years old.
12. Pay attention to make sure that the appliance is not played with by children.
13. Do not carry or move the appliance when it is being used.
14. Do not cover the appliance when it is being used.

15. Do not put any products in metal foils into the appliance.

16. Do not grasp the appliance with wet hands.

17. The appliance is intended for household use only.

18. A very hot stream of steam may come out of the appliance when the cover is being opened do not use the appliance if the power cord has been damages or when the appliance has fallen down or was damaged in another way. The appliance should be repaired by an authorized service shop; see the annexe or visit the site www.eldom.eu for the list of authorized service shops.

19. The appliance may be repaired only by an authorized service outlet.

20. Modernizing the appliance or using other spare parts or components for the appliance with the genuine ones is forbidden and threatens the safety of use.

INTENDED USE

PERFECT FRY allows to prepare meals in a very comfortable way, and, first of all, in a healthy way. Hot air circulating in the appliance makes preparation of various means a quick and easy task, as the ingredients are heated from all sides at the same time. In case of majority of meals, adding oil is not needed.

SETTING UP THE APPLIANCE

Before using the appliance, make sure that the appliance, the plug and the power cable are in good technical order and whether all parts of the package were removed.

Before the first use, all parts of the appliance that are in contact with food must be thoroughly washed (see: Cleaning and maintenance).

To remove the basket, press and hold the basket lock (2).

Specific smell may be sensed during the first use, which results from the production process. It is a normal process and it will go away after a time. Ensure the proper ventilation in the room, e.g. opening the window. The first use of the appliance should be without products.

OPERATION

• All changes in the settings are confirmed with an audio signal.
• The set parameters of operation are visible in the "B" display.
• The operation of the appliance may be stopped at any time by pressing the button "F" (pause) or "E" (turning the appliance off).
• Place the unit on a flat, solid, stable surface resistant to high temperature and connect to the mains.
• Press and hold the button "E", set time and temperature with the buttons "A" and "C" to preheat the appliance without products. The appliance will start after pressing the button "F".
• Slide out the drawer (4) with the basket (1) holding the handle (3).

When sliding out, do not press the lock button (2).

• Place the drawer (4) on the surface that is resistant to high temperature.
• Place the products to the basket (1) installed in the drawer (4). 1 teaspoon of oil may be added on the products.

Do not exceed the quantities stated in Table 1.

• Slide in the drawer (4) with the basket (1).
• Press and hold the button "E".
• Select the preset with the button "D" (chips, fish, dough, chicken) or set time and temperature with the buttons "A" and "C".
• The appliance will start after pressing the button "F".
• After the operation ends, slide out the drawer (4) with the basket (1) holding the handle (3).
• Remove the hot products. To prevent damaging heating panels, use cutlery made of wood or plastic resistant to high temperature.

Note.

Removing the drawer during the operation of the appliance will turn off the heating element (the fan operates continuously).

Do not touch the drawer, the basket and the interior of the appliance, as they are very hot.

After sliding in the drawer, PERFECT FRY will run in accordance with the preset parameters.

ACCESSORIES

Additional accessories may be used to prepare some meals; they are inserted in the basket (1):

• the grate – to facilitate grilling
• the dough form – may be used to prepare various types of cakes. Fill in the form up to 2/3 of the height.
• the pizza form – inside the grate (10) into the basket, and then the pizza form.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning, turn of the appliance with the button (E), disconnect from the power supply and wait to cool down.
• Pointed or sharp objects must not be used to clean the appliance, as it may result in damaging the functional parts or breaking the safety measures of the appliance.
• All moving parts should be washed with warm water with liquid. Best wash them right after use. After rinsing with clean water, dry them up immediately.
• Never immerse the body (12) in water or rinse it under current water. Clean the body (12) and the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth.
• If washing the drawer (4) and the basket (1) is difficult, some hot water with washing detergent may be poured into the drawer (4), after which place the basket (1) and leave the appliance form several minutes.

- The device is made of materials which can be reused or recycled.

- The device should be handled to a special point which deals with collecting and recycling of electric and electronic equipment.

TROUBLESHOOTING

In case of any problems with the appliance, check the following table:
