SAFETY MEASURES
Before using the unit, read this instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference.
Use the unit for intended purposes only, as specified in this manual. Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and cause harm to the user or damage to his/her property.
- Before using the unit, closely examine the power cord and the power cord connector located on the unit body and make sure that they are not damaged. Never use the unit if the power cord or power cord jack is damaged.
- Before switching the unit on make sure that voltage of the mains corresponds to unit operating voltage.
- Power cord is equipped with "euro plug"; plug it into the socket with reliable grounding contact.
- Do not use adapters for plugging the unit in.

Make sure that the power cord is properly inserted into the corresponding connector of the unit body and the socket.

Use only the supplied power cord; do not use the power cord of other units.
• Use the supplied removable parts only. - Place the unit on a flat heat-resistant surface away from sources of moisture, heat and open flame.
- Place the unit with free access to the mains socket.
• Use the unit in places with proper ventilation.
• Do not expose the unit to direct sunlight. - Do not place the unit close to walls and furniture. Free space above the multicooker should be at least 30-40 cm.
- Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot surfaces and sharp furniture edges. Avoid damaging the isolation of the power cord.
- Do not touch the power cord or power plug with wet hands.
- Do not immerse the unit, the power cord and power plug into water and other liquids.
- If unit was dropped into water, unplug it immediately and only then take it out of water. Apply to the authorized service center for the further use of the unit.
- Do not insert foreign objects into steam valve opening, and make sure that foreign objects do not get between the lid and body of the multicooker.
- Do not leave the operating unit unattended, always switch the unit off and unplug it when you are not using it.
• To avoid injury, do not bend over the steam valve or over the bowl when the multicooker lid is open. - Be very careful when opening the multicooker lid during and after the cooking. Danger of burns by hot steam!
- When the unit is operating in «Roasting» mode, do not bend over the multicooker bowl to avoid burns by splashing hot oil.
- Keep the steam valve clean; clean it when it gets dirty.
- Never use the unit without the installed bowl, protection screen and steam valve. Do not switch the multicooker on without products and sufficient amount of liquid in the cooking bowl.
- Do not use the multicooker if the silicone gasket on the protection screen is damaged.
- Follow the recommendations for amount of dry products and liquids.
• Do not remove the bowl during operation. - Do not cover the multicooker during operation.
- Attention! When steam cooking food, watch the level of liquid in the bowl, add water to the bowl as needed. Do not leave the unit unattended.
- Do not carry the unit during operation. Use the carrying handle; unplug the unit, remove the bowl with products and let it cool down preliminary.
- The lid, the bowl and body parts heat up during operation, do not touch them. If you need to take out hot bowl, use potholders.
- Clean the unit regularly.
• Never allow children to use the unit as a toy. -
For children safety reasons do not leave polyethylene bags, used as a packaging, unattended.

Attention! Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags or packaging film. Danger of suffocation!
- This unit is not intended for usage by children or disabled persons unless they are given all the necessary and understandable instructions by a person who is responsible for their safety on safety measures and information about danger that can be caused by improper usage of the unit.
• Do not use the unit outdoors. - To avoid damages, transport the unit in original package only.
- Never pull the power cord, when disconnecting the unit from the mains, take the power plug and carefully pull it out of the socket.
- Never use the unit if the power cord or the power plug is damaged, if the unit works improperly or after it was dropped. Do not try to repair the unit by yourself. Contact an authorized service center for all repair issues.
- Keep the unit away from children in a dry cool place.
- Use the multicooker and its removable parts for the intended purposes only.
- Do not place the bowl (12) on heating units or cooking surfaces.
- Do not use other containers for cooking instead of the bowl (12).
- Always make sure that the heating element (9) surface and the bottom of the bowl (12) are clean and dry.
- To avoid damage of the non-stick coating never chop hard products in the bowl (12).
- Never leave or keep any foreign objects in the bowl (12).
- When cooking food in the bowl (12) stir it only with the spatula (21) or soup ladle (22). You can also use wooden, plastic or silicone kitchen accessories.
- Do not stir the products in the bowl (12) with metal objects which can scratch the non-stick coating.
• After cooking dishes with spices and seasonings wash the bowl (12) right after cooking. - Do not put the bowl (12) into cold water right after cooking; let it cool down first. This helps to avoid damaging the non-stick coating.
- The bowl (12) is not intended for washing in the dishwashing machine.
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
In case of unit transportation or storage at low temperature it is necessary to keep it for at least two hours at room temperature before switching on.
– Unpack the unit, remove any stickers and package materials that can prevent multicooker operation.
- Place the multicooker on the flat, heat-resistant surface away from all kitchen heat sources (gas cooker, electric cooker or cooking unit).
- Place the multicooker keeping at least 20 cm gap between the multicooker body and the wall and 30-40 cm gap above the unit. - Do not place the multicooker close to the objects that can be damaged by the released steam of high temperature.
Attention! Do not use the unit near bath tubs, kitchen sinks or other containers filled with water.
- Open the lid (5) by pressing the button (1) and remove the bowl (12).
– Remove the protection screen (11) by pressing the clamps (14) on the bottom part of the screen. - Press the steam valve (6) from the inner side of the lid and take it out, then dissemble it by turning its lower part to the position 🔒.
- Wash all removable parts: steam valve (6), protection screen (11), the bowl (12), the spatula (21), the soup ladle (22), the measuring cup (23), the steam cooking basket (24), cups (25) and lids (26). Then rinse them under running water.
- Before making yogurt disinfect the cups (25) and the lids (26) by scalding them.
– Dry all the removable parts thoroughly. - Clean the unit body with a damp cloth then wipe it dry.
- Assemble the steam valve (6) by turning the bottom part clockwise till locking (position 🔒).
- Install protection screen (11) back to its place: insert the upper part of the protection screen (11) into the grooves on the lid (5), fix the bottom part till the clamps clicking.
Current time setting
- Insert the power cord jack into the connector (8) and the power cord plug into the socket, you'll hear a sound signal.
- Press and hold the button (20) «TIME» for about 3 seconds, there will be a short sound signal, release the button (20) «TIME» and digital «hours» value will be flashing.
- Consequently pressing or holding the button (13) «+» or (14) «-», set current time in «hours» (24 Hr).
- Press the button (20) «TIME» again, then use the button (13) «+» or (14) «-» to set «minutes» value.
- To finish the setup procedure press the button (17) «START».
- The current time will appear on the display (4) and the divisional dots «:» will be flashing.
Note: If you didn't perform any actions during 5 seconds or didn't confirm time setting by pressing the button (17) «START», the current time will not be shown.

«MENU» Button (15)
To select a cooking program, press the button (15) «MENU» consequently, an arrow will appear opposite the selected program. The default duration of the selected program will be shown on display (4).

Note:
- Do not open the lid (5) before «Baking» program ending.
- To avoid scorching of product, switch the keep warm function off after the end of «Baking» program. To do this press the button (18) «STOP/Keep warm».
- In «Roasting» program the unit operates similarly to a kitchen stove. Watch the cooking process and readiness of food. Switch the multicooker off when the food is ready.
- See recipes of dishes in the recipe book (supplied with the unit). All recipes are non-regulatory as the amount and proportions of the ingredients may vary depending on local peculiarities of the food and altitude above sea level.
«MULTICOOK» Button (16)
The «Multicook» program allows the user to set the temperature and cooking duration independently.
- Press the button (16) to quickly switch to the «Multicook» program.
- Use the button (13) «+» or (14) «-» to set the desired temperature within the range from 35°C to 150°C.
- Press the button (20) «TIME», then set the cooking duration as described in chapter «Use of the multi-cooker» (paragraph 8-9).
«Start» Button (17)
Press the button (17) to start the selected cooking program.
«STOP/Keep warm» button (18)
Switching off / canceling wrong program settings
Use the button (18) to cancel wrong settings of cooking or to switch the cooking program/keep warm mode off.
Temperature maintaining
When cooking is finished, you will hear 5 sound signals and the unit will automatically switch to keep warm mode. The indicator will appear on the display and keep warm time will be shown (in hours).
To force the unit to switch from the standby mode to the keep warm mode, press the button (18).
To switch the keep warm function off press the button (18) again.
Note:
- Do not use the keep warm function to heat up cold products.
- To avoid scorching products switch the keep warm function off after «Baking» program.
«TIME» Button (20)
After selecting the cooking program press the button (20) to switch to cooking duration setting. Use the button «TIME» to switch to current time setting.
«+» (13) and «-» (14) buttons
Pressing or holding the buttons (13) «+» and (14) «-» set current time, cooking duration and heating temperature (only for «Multicook» program) and set the delayed start function.
«DELAYED START» button (19)
You can set the cooking end time. This function is not available for «Baking», «Roasting» and «Reheat» programs.
- Select the cooking program and set cooking duration time (see the chapter "Using of the multi-cooker").
- Press the button (19) «DELAYED START», the indicator will be flashing on the display.
- Use the buttons (13) «+» and (14) «-» to select the delayed start time in minutes.
- Press the button (19) «DELAYED START» again and use the buttons (13) «+» and (14) «-» to set the delayed start time.
- To switch the delayed start function on press the button (17) «START», the indicator 📊, current time and an arrow opposite the selected program will appear on the display.
Example:
If the duration of the chosen program is 30 minutes, and the dish should be cooked by 15:30, the unit will remain in standby mode till 15:00 (the indicator will be shown on the display). At 15:00 there will be one sound signal, the indicator will appear and the countdown will start. Cooking will end in 30 minutes.
USING THE MULTICOOKER
- Put the food into the bowl (12) following the recommendations given in the recipe (see "Recipe book"). Note: Make sure that the ingredients and liquids level do not exceed the maximal level mark «10» and are not lower than the minimal level mark «2». Maximal level mark for porridges (except rice) is «8»
General example of loading products and water (as example rice is considered):
- Measure rice with the measuring cup (23) (one measuring cup is equal to approximately 160 g of rice), wash it and place in the casserole.
- Add water using the graduated scale in cups (CUP).
Example: Put four measuring cups of rice, pour water up to the mark «4 CUP».
- For cooking thin milk porridges the recommended proportion of rice and water is 1:3.
- Make sure that the outer surface of the bowl (12) is clean and dry; set the bowl (12) into the process chamber of the unit. Place the bowl (12) evenly and in secure contact with the heating element (9) surface.
Note:
- Do not use the bowl (12) for washing cereals and do not chop products in it, this can damage the non-stick coating;
- Make sure that there are no foreign objects, dirt or moisture in the process chamber and on the bottom of the bowl (12);
- Wipe the outer surface and the bottom of the bowl (12) dry before use.

In the middle of the heating element (9) there is a temperature sensor (10). Make sure that free movement of the sensor (10) is not limited.

If you steam products, pour water into the bowl (12) so that boiling water doesn't reach the bottom of the basket (24). Put the basket with food (24) into the bowl (12).
- Close the lid (5) until click.
- Insert the power cord jack into the connector (8) and the power cord plug into the socket.
- Select the necessary program consequently pressing the button (15) «MENU».
- For «Multicook» program use the buttons (13) «+» and (14) «-» to set the cooking temperature from 35^ C to 150^ C.
- Cooking time in each program is set by default, but it can be changed. To change cooking duration press the button (20) «TIME», the indicator 📋 and time indications will be flashing.
- Use the buttons (13) «+» and (14) «-» to set the necessary time in minutes. Press the button (20) «TIME» again and set the cooking time in hours using the buttons (13) «+» and (14) «-» (see the table «Cooking programs and duration»).
- To launch the program press the button (17) «Start», the indicator will light constantly.
- Watch the cooking process, stir the products with plastic spatula (21) or soup ladle (22). Do not use metal objects that can scratch the non-stick coating of the bowl (12).
- If you want to stop cooking press the button (18) «STOP/Keep warm».
Attention!
- Never leave the operating unit unattended.
- To avoid getting burns, be very careful when opening the lid (5). Do not bend over the steam valve (6) during multicooker operation and do not place open parts of your body above the hot bowl (12)!
- During the first operation of the multicooker some foreign smell from the heating element can appear. It is normal.
- When the cooking program is over, you will hear 5 sound signals, and the unit will be switched to the keep warm mode, operation time in this mode will be shown on the display (4).
Note:
- Keep warm function is not available for «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs (if the user sets the temperature below 70°C)
- It is not recommended to leave the cooked food in the bowl for a long time, because this may spoil the food.
- Do not use the keep warm mode to heat up cold products.
- After steam cooking do not remove the food with bare hands, use kitchen tools.
RECOMMENDATIONS
You can use «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs for dough proofing.
Dough proofing is a stage of dough making which takes place right before baking. During the proofing the

dough ferments intensively, restores its structure and grows in size significantly. One of the main conditions of successful process is no draughts and maintenance of constant temperature (about 40°C), which is maintained in «Yogurt» and «Multicook» programs.
Recipe of the dough:
400 g. flour.
350 ml milk (can be mixed with water)
Salt
Sugar
1.5 teaspoons yeast powder
1.5 tablespoons butter
- Mix all dry ingredients then add milk. Knead thoroughly and put it into the bowl (12).
- Pressing the button (15) «MENU» consequently, select the «Yogurt» or «Multicook» mode.
- Set the temperature 35°C-45°C for «Multicook» program (see chapter «Multicook» button (16)).
- Set the cooking duration 1 hour (see chapter «Use of the multicooker»).
- Press the button (17) «START».
Note: For the best result do not open the multicooker
lid (5) till the program is finished.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Unplug the unit and let it cool down.
- Clean the unit body (2) and lid (5) with a slightly damp cloth, and then wipe dry.
- Wash all removable parts with a soft sponge and a neutral detergent, then rinse.
- Dry the steam valve lid (6) and the protection screen (11) thoroughly before installing them back to their places.
- Do not place the bowl (12) in the dishwashing machine.
- Wipe the surface of the heating element (only when it is cold), never let water get inside the unit body.
- Do not immerse the unit body, power cord and plug into the water or other liquids.
- Do not use abrasive and aggressive detergents for washing of the unit and accessories.
