03. SETTINGS
Xblitz R5 Power has two settings you can configure to avoid over-discharging the vehicle's battery when the vehicle is parked - Parking Tim er Delay and Battery Drain Cut-O. R5 Power will cut the power supply to the connected devices o based on whichever setting activates first. Parking Tim er Delay can be set from 5 minutes to infinity.
In addition to the timer, you can set battery drain cut-oil voltage. As soon as your parked vehicle's battery voltage drops to the set cut-oil value, R5 Power will stop powering your devices, saving your vehicle's battery.
R5 Power will cut the power output of at the end of time set by Parking Timer Delay setting, even if the battery voltage is still higher than the Battery Drain Cut-O setting.
R5 Power will cut the power output of then the battery voltage drops to the value set by Battery Drain Cut-O setting, even if it the time set by Parking Timer Delay did not pass yet.
Thanks to those two settings, you never have to worry about your vehicle's battery dying when your vehicle is parked.

05. PROTECTION FROM OVERHEATING
- R5 Power has a built-in temperature sensor, which measures the temperature of the wiring to protect R5 Power and your vehicle; if the wiring reaches a temperature above 90°C, R5 Power will automatically cut power supply o; when the temperature falls beneath 90°C, R5 Power will automatically resum working.
06. PROTECTION FROM OVER-DISCHARGE
- Please set the cut-o voltage value according to the temperature and how much of the battery's capacity should be consumed before R5 Power cuts o the power output. Here is a chart for your reference (specifics may differ for different batteries).

For example:
If the environment temperature is 100^ F ( 38^ C) and assuming you want to keep 50% of your car's battery capacity to remain when R5 Power cuts the output of, you should set the device to cut power output of at the 12.2V setting (i.e. above the 12.192 voltage from the chart). For a regular 50W h lead-acid battery, 50% of battery consumption supports around 20 hours of dash camera recording.
There are 4 protective band settings in R5 Power, which you can switch according to your needs:
For 12V battery, the voltage cut-o☐ settings are:
11.8V/12.0V/12.2V/12.4V
For 24V battery, the voltage cut-off settings are:
23.6V/24.0V/24.4V/24.8V
12.2V/24.4V band is recommended for most users in typical working conditions.
07. PIGGY-BACK FUSE TAP TYPE
