General instructions Installing your Xtend Abdominal Protector in the Car Warnings Recommendations Maintenance
- Your new Xtend abdominal protector is an accessory for the JANE group 2-3 seats. With this accessory the JANE group 2-3 seats can be used as group 1 (for children between 9 and 18 Kgs).

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS XTEND In order to suitably protect the child and ensure his comfort and security in the car, it is necessary to observe the following instructions:
- The seat with the abdominal protector has been designed to be installed on the rear or front seats of the car, whenever they are fitted with three-point seat belts and a frontal AIRBAG is not connected. However, for maximum safety we advise you to install it on the rear seat whenever possible.
- It is only suitable for vehicles fitted with automatic three-point seat belts, certified by regulation ECE-16 or other equivalent standards. DO NOT use with a two-point seat belt, as this is

- Do not recline the seat when it is in use. To lower or raise the booster seat, you should adjust the length of the seat belt. Do this when the vehicle has stopped.

XTEND RECOMMENDATIONS
- Keep this instruction book for future reference.
- Always store it in the compartment on the side of the abdominal protector.
- Make sure that inside the vehicle, any luggage or other object which may cause damage in the event of an accident is correctly fastened or stored.
