Why can't I preview the camera feed?

Check if the network is normal. Place the camera close to the router. If the issue persists, reset the device and add it again via the Tesla Smart app.

After resetting, why is the camera still listed in the app?

Resetting only clears the camera's network settings, not the app configuration. You must remove the camera from the app manually by deleting it.

How do I switch the camera to a different WiFi network?

First, remove the camera from the Tesla Smart app. Then reset the device by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds. Finally, add the camera again with the new WiFi credentials.

Why doesn't the camera recognize my SD card?

Ensure the SD card is inserted when the camera is powered off. Check that the card is formatted as FAT32 and works properly. Poor internet connection can also prevent detection.

Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Confirm that the Tesla Smart app is running in the background and notification permissions are enabled. Also check that motion detection is turned on in the camera settings.

How do I reset the camera to factory defaults?

Locate the reset button on the camera. Press and hold it for 5 seconds until the status light changes. This will clear all settings and return the camera to factory defaults.

Does the camera support night vision?

Yes, it has IR night vision with a range of up to 10 meters. It also features full color vision using white light for clearer images in darkness.

Can I adjust motion detection sensitivity?

Yes, in the Tesla Smart app, go to camera settings and find motion detection options. You can adjust sensitivity and set activity zones.

What are the WiFi requirements?

The camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi networks (not 5GHz). The SSID and password should be no longer than 24 characters. Ensure a stable connection.

Is cloud storage available?

Yes, the camera supports cloud storage through the Tesla Smart app. You can also use a MicroSD card (up to 128GB) or connect to an NVR for local recording.

INSTALL

1. Push the bracket in the direction shown to take apart.
2. Install the bracket to the wall with screws. Put the UP logo up.
3. Insert the bracket upward and then push the bracket in the opposite direction of step 1, to lock the bracket with the camera. (Optional) You can adjust the camera horizontally or vertically by manual. It is recommended to adjust camera horizontally between 0 to 150 degrees, and vertically between 15 to 20 degrees. You can also rotate the bracket from 0 to 360 degrees

Tesla Smart is available for both iOS and Android OS. Search the name 'Tesla Smart' in App Store or Android Market, or scan the QR-Code to download the App.

SET UP ROUTER

The router supports the 2.4GHz WiFi (doesn't support the 5GHz), and is connected to the WiFi network. Please set the parameters of the router before connecting the WiFi network, and record the SSID and password of your WiFi. Please keep network available

REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1 Open the Tesla Smart App, click „Register“, read the „Privacy Policy“ and click „Agree“.

Step 2 Input a legal and valid Mobile number or Email address and click „Continue“. Input Verification Code, then log in the app.

QR CODE CONFIGURATION

1. Open the Tesla Smart App, click „Create family“, and you can customize the Family name and related settings.
2. Continue to click „Security & Sensor“ >> „Smart Camera“, and then choose “Add Device” or „+“, ready to add camera.
3. In „Add Device“ this interface, continue to click „next step“, and then you should input your WiFi's passwords. Note:
   1) Camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi network. 2) The number of bits in the ssid and passwords of the router should not exceed 24 digits.
4. In this interface, you should scan the QR code in your phone with the camera, when the camera comes out „dong dong dong“. And you can complete the configuration about 30s.
5. When connecting, you should make sure your router, mobile, and

camera are as close as possible. When camera added successfully, click „√„ you could also DIY the camera's name.

In „Smart Camera“ interface, click „Z„, you can set the camera common functions.

FAQ

Q: The device cannot be previewed properly?

A: Check whether the network is normal, you can place the camera close to the router, and if not, it is recommended to reset the device and add it again.

Q: Why is it still in the list of devices after resetting?

A: The reset device only resets the network configuration of the camera, but cannot change the configuration on the App, remove the camera, and must be deleted by the App.

Q: How to cut the camera network to another router?

A: First remove and reset the device on the App and then configure the device again by the App.

Q: Why doesn't the device identify the SD card?

A: It is recommended to plug in SD card after power cut. Confirm whether the SD card is normally available and the format is FAT32. And the TF card can't be identified when the internet environment is not good.

Q: Why I can't get the notifications with my cell phone App?

A: Please confirm that the App has been running on the phone, and the relevant reminder function has been opened;Message notification and authority confirmation in the mobile phone system have been opened.

INSTALACIJA

POSTAVITE RUTER

Ruter podržava 2,4GHz Wi-Fi mrežu (nepodržava 5GHz). Prije povezivanja sa Wi-Fi mrežom postavite parametre ruteru a zapišite SSID i lozinku vaše Wi-Fi mreže.

PROCES REGISTRACIJE

1. korak: Otvorite aplikaciju Tesla Smart, kliknite na „Registrirati“, pročitajte „Pravila o zaštiti osobnih podataka“ i kliknite na „Slažem se“.
2. korak: Zadajte telefonski broj ili e-mail te kliknite na „Dalje“.

Zadajte sigurnosni kod i prijavite se u aplikaciju.

KONFIGURACIJA POMOČU QR KODU

1. Otvorite aplikaciju Tesla Smart, kliknite na „Stvoriti obitelj“, gdje možete uređivati ime obitelji a ostale postavke u vezi s tim.
2. Nastavite klikom na „Osiguravanje i senzor” >> „Pametna kamera“, nakon toga izaberite „Pridodati uređaj“ ili „+“ - kameru je sada moguće pridodati.
3. U sučelju pridodavanju uređaja nastavite klikom na „ldući korak“, a onda unesite lozinku vaše Wi-Fi mreže. Upozorenje:
   1) Kamera podržava samo 2,4GHz Wi-Fi mrežu.
   2) Broj bitova SSID, te lozinke ruteru ne bi trebali biti duži od 24 znaka.
4. U tom sučelju naskenirajte QR kod u vašem telefonu kamerom, kamera nakon toga 3x zapipne. Za otprilike 30 sekundi možete konfiguraciju dovršiti.
5. Tijekom pripajanja, ruter, mobilni telefon i kamera moraju biti blizo jedan pokraj drugoga. Nakon što je kamera uspješno učitana, kliknite na „”, gdje možete upisati naziv kamere.

POSTAVKE

U sučelju „pametna kamera“ kliknite na „ 📄“ te postavite uobičajene funkcije kamere.
