How do I use the cooling function?

Press the FAN key to activate ventilation and cooling. For enhanced cooling, place the provided ice boxes (filled with water and frozen in a refrigerator) into the water tank. The air vent temperature can drop by about 3°C after a few minutes.

How do I clean the air filter?

Unplug the appliance, pull the air filter screen upward and remove it. Clean with neutral detergent and a soft brush, rinse with clean water, and reinstall after drying.

What is the purpose of the ice boxes?

The ice boxes absorb heat from the water in the tank, lowering the water temperature below room temperature. This makes the blown air much cooler. Use them in the cooling function for best results. Freeze them in a refrigerator before use and they can be reused cyclically.

What does the SWING button do?

Pressing the SWING button activates horizontal oscillation of the air vent, distributing air over a wider area. Press again to stop the swinging motion.

What does the FAN button do?

The FAN button activates ventilation and cooling mode. The fan blows air at the selected speed. If the ice boxes are placed in the water tank, the air will be cooler. Press again to cancel the function.

Why is the fan not turning on?

Possible causes: power cord not plugged in correctly, the power switch on the back of the unit is not turned on, or the ON/OFF key on the control panel has not been pressed. Check all connections and switches. If the fan overheated, the safety cut-out may have activated; unplug and let it cool down, then remove any blockages.

How should I store the fan when not in use?

Store the fan in a cool, dry place out of reach of children. Ensure it is unplugged and fully dry. Avoid storing in direct sunlight or near heat sources.

Can I use an extension cord with this fan?

No. Do not use an extension cord to avoid overloading. Always plug the fan directly into a suitable wall outlet with a current rating exceeding 10A.

Is the fan safe to use around children?

The appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above if supervised and instructed on safe use. Children should not play with the fan. Cleaning and maintenance should not be performed by children without supervision.

What is the humidifier function?

Important Safeguards for your Mist Fan

When using any electrically powered appliance, basic safety precautions should always be followed.

Warning: To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock or injury to person or property:

• Ensure all packing materials and labels or stickers are removed from the appliance before first use.
  ● Always operate the product from a power source of the same voltage, frequency and rating as indicated on the product identification plate.
• Do not operate the product with a damaged cord or plug, or after the product malfunctions, or has been dropped or appears damaged in any way. Return the complete product to the place of purchase for inspection, replacement or refund.
• Unplug from the mains when not in use and before cleaning.
• The appliance should not be used by adults or children whose lack of experience, product knowledge or disability might cause a hazard, unless they have been correctly instructed and are adequately supervised.

- Do not allow the air inlet to become blocked or even partially blocked. This may cause the fan to overheat. - Do not use the fan if it is not properly and completely assembled.

• Do not use the fan without the mesh guards, as this could lead to injury.
• Do not use the fan within 1 meter of any other electrical or electronic appliance (e.g.TV,computer,etc.) as it may cause interference.
• The installation of a residual current-operated protective device with a nominal trip current of 30mAh offers additional protection. Contact your electrician.

Caution:

1. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control system.
2. Make sure your hands are dry when plugging in and unplugging appliance.
3. Ensure all the parts are correctly mounted before switching on the appliance.

• Do not turnover the appliance. If it is toppled over, and there have some water in the body, should unplug the power supply. Then send it to repair department or

after-sales service and overhaul.

• Do not put things on the appliance, do not cover air vent.
  WARNING: Do not cover heater, in order to avoid over heat.
• Clean the appearance with a lightly damp cloth. Do not use any type of detergents or solutions. Do not rinse with water.
• Do not make air outlets and inlets near the wall or curtain.
• Do not knock or shake the body when use, otherwise it may cause stop.
• The water in water tank can easily metamorphose and have at summer, renew the water frequently.
• The appliance must not the located immediately below a socket outlet.
• The rating current of socket should exceed 10A.
• Do not use the appliance in the immediate surrounding of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.

FUNCTIONS

1. HUMIDIFIER FUNCTION

The principle of humidification by cooling: took cooling water from the water tank by water pump or synchronous motor, after reaching the top, the cooling water will flow through wetted pad, then bellowed off humid cool air rounding the wetted pad by rotational wind wheel.

Three adjustable speeds: low, medium, high

2. FAN&AIR COOLER FUNCTION

The appliance adopts ice crystal refrigeration and humidification technology, it can cut down the temperature of air vent and raise relative humidity, prevent it from air-drying.

Deliver wind at wide angle: swing the blades automatically, deliver wind at wide angle flatly. Also swing the blades transversely by your hands choose the wind direction up and down.

Buzzer reminder: the buzz will vocally when operation the effective keypad, use conveniently.

3. AIR PURIFIER FUNCTION

This function filters the harmful dust and allergens through the filter.

Removable air filter and cooling pad: Easy to clean, can use soft brush and detergent.

ASSEMBLING

1. Open the package and take out the air cooler and warmer.
2. Draw out the water tank 1/2, pour clean water into the tank.

① Please pay attention to the water lever.
② Pour into the water over min level, but no more than max level.
③ To have the cooling effect, you can put the cold icebox into the tank.

1. Check the power, and ensure they are same as the rating label.

Attention: cut the power when you pour the water into the tank.

PRODUCT VIEW:

*Water tank is located on the back of the unit. You can pull out water tank from unit partially. It is not possible to detach water tank fully.

OPERATION

The First Plug in

1. key:

• Press the key: Turn on the appliance,
• Press again: Shut it down.
• L / M / H buttons: Adjust airflow speed

2. SWING key:

Press SWING key, the wind direction can swing flatly. It cancels this function when you press again

3. FAN key: (Ventilation and Cooling)

Press FAN key, start the function.

If you add the ice cubes into water box or frizzed Ice box, the temperature of air vent can lower about 3^ C after a few minutes.

It cancels this function when you press again.

THE USE OF ICE BOX

The unit has a particular feature of keeping cool, it can absorb heat from water or ice cube, sand let the water temperature in the water tank below environmental temperature, so the air will be much cooler.

Using methods:

a) Add water into the ICE BOX and put it into the refrigerating chamber of refrigerator to make sure that it icing absolutely.
b) Put the ICE BOX in the water tank.
c) There have two ICE BOX, can use circularly.

CLENNING AND MANTENANCE

1. Clean the air filter screen

Unplug the power plug, pull the air filter screen up, remove it from appliance. Clean the air filter screen with neutral detergent and banister brush. Then clean it with clear water and reinstall to appliance.

2. Clean the wetted pad

Unplug the power plug, take down the air filter screen, then draw the wetted pad from support. Clean the wetted pad with neutral detergent and banister brush. Then clean it with clear water and reinstall to the appliance.

Attention: the wetted pad must be installed flatly, in order to avoid leaking.

3. Clean the water tank

Unplug the power plug, draw out the tank, pull the water filter up and use soft brush clean it. Use neutral detergent and soft cloth rub inside of the tank.

4. Clean the shell

Clean with neutral detergent and soft cloth.

Attention:

• Must unplug the power plug when cleaning.
• Don't make the water into the control panel.
