This article was developed as a training instrument for private use. The article is not suitable for medical or commercial use.

Safety notes
- Consult your doctor before beginning the exercises. Make sure that your health is at a suitable level for the exercises.
- Always remember to warm up before training and train in accordance with your current capabilities. Serious injury can result from exercising too strenuously and over-training. Stop training immediately and contact your doctor if you experience complaints, or feel weak or tired.
- The article may only be used under adult supervision and many not be used as a toy.
- Always keep the instructions for use with the exercise instructions at hand.
- You need sufficient space in order to exercise safely. Leave enough space to objects and other people so that nobody can be injured.

Do not use the article in the vicinity of stairs or steps.
- Never pull the article towards your face and never wind it around your head, neck, or chest.

Risks from wear
- Only use the product if it is in perfect condition. Examine the article for damage or wear before each use. The safety of the push-up trainer can only be guaranteed if it is examined regularly for damage and wear. Stop using the article in the event of damage.

General training notes
Training procedures
- The following exercises only represent a selection. You can find more exercises in the relevant specialist literature.
- Wear comfortable sports clothing and sports shoes.
- Warm up before each training session and end the session gradually.
• Take sufficiently long breaks between the exercises and drink sufficient liquid. - As a beginner you must not train too hard. Increase your training intensity gradually.
- Carry out the exercises steadily and slowly, without jerky movements.
- Make sure you breathe regularly. Breathe out during exertion and breathe in during recovery.
- Make sure you keep a correct body posture while carrying out the exercises.
General training planning
Create a training plan according to your needs with sets of 6-8 exercises.
Observe the following principles:
- One set should comprise approximately 15 repetitions of one exercise.
• Each set can be repeated three times.
• Take a break for 30 seconds between each set. - Work with fewer repetitions but greater weights to build up muscle. Work with more repetitions but lesser weights for stamina.
- Warm up each group of muscles before each training session.
- We further recommend stretching after each training session.
Exercises
Caution: put your hands in the straps for all exercises in order to prevent uncontrolled movement of the article that may result in injuries.
Arm, shoulder, and chest muscles (figure B)
- Stand up straight holding the product, feet hip with apart. Grab each bottom end of the product with your hands.
- Hold your arms at an angle in front of you. Make sure that your upper arms are against your body. This is the starting position.
- Distribute your weight equally, with your knees slightly bent. This is the starting position.
Caution: Always keep a good grip of the ends of the article during this exercise. Otherwise there is a risk of injury from the uncontrolled movement of the article.
- Tighten your abdomen, legs and glutes.
- Keep your abdomen tight and straighten the upper body.
- Draw your shoulder blades toward the spine, keeping the shoulders down and the head in extension of the spine.

Tighten your arms and keep your elbows close to your body.

Push the ends of the product up and together so the spring of the product points down. Briefly maintain this position, then slowly return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise.
Important: Do straighten your elbows all the way whilst extending to continuously maintain muscle tension.
Inner thigh muscles (figure C)

Sit on a chair, upper body straight, weight distributed equally between your feet. Do not lean against any object.

Point the knees slightly outward, keeping them above the ankles.
-
Hold the product by the ends so the thumbs point upward and the back of your hands touch the inside of your thighs.

Open your legs beyond your hips and place the product between your thighs. This is the starting position.

Move the pelvis forward and straighten your upper body.
-
Keep your abdomen tight.

Draw the shoulder blades toward the spine.

Hold the ends of the article tightly and press your knees together so that the spring on the article is facing upward.
Caution: Always keep a good grip of the ends of the article during this exercise. Otherwise there is a risk of injury from the uncontrolled movement of the article.

Hold this position briefly and slowly return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise.
Important: Perform the motion slowly and keep your body tight.
Stomach, shoulder, chest, and arm muscles (figure D)
- Lie on a firm surface with your upper body straight and hold your knees and hips in the air at a 90 degree angle. Your knees are hip width apart.
- Hold the product tightly by one end in front of your chest so your wrists are straight. This is the starting position.
Caution: Always keep a good grip of the ends of the article during this exercise. Otherwise there is a risk of injury from the uncontrolled movement of the article.
- Draw your feet up to tighten the lower legs.
- Push your back into the surface and tighten your abdomen.
- Tip your chin slightly toward your chest and keep your head in extension of the spine.
- Keep your wrists straight and stabilised. Keep your elbows close to the body.
- Push the ends of the product down and together so the product's spring points slightly upward.
- Hold this position briefly and slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat the exercise.
Important: During the exercise, push your back into the surface and keep your abdomen tight.
Arm, shoulder, and chest muscles (figure E)
- Stand holding your product with your feet hip width apart.
2 You hands should enclose each end of the article from above. - Distribute your weight equally, with your knees slightly bent.
- Hold your arms in front of you. Make sure that your upper arms are against your body. This is the starting position.
Caution: Always keep a good grip of the ends of the article during this exercise. Otherwise there is a risk of injury from the uncontrolled movement of the article.
- Tighten your abdomen, legs and glutes.
- Maintain a tight abdomen and straighten your upper body.
- Draw your shoulder blades toward the spine and keep your shoulders down.
- Hold your head in extension of the spine.
- Tighten your arms and keep your elbows close to your body.
- Press the ends of the article downwards and together in such a ways that the spring on the article is facing upward. Hold this position briefly and slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat the exercise.
Important: Only raise to shoulder level during this exercise. Bend the elbows to a 90 degree angle.
Care, storage
Don't forget that regular maintenance and cleaning contribute to the safety and durability of the article.
Always store the article in a dry and clean condition in a temperature-controlled room. Protect it from direct sunlight.
IMPORTANT! Only clean the article with water, never with aggressive cleaning agents. Then wipe the article dry with a cleaning cloth.
Instructions for disposal
Dispose of the product and all related components through an approved refuse disposal company, or through your municipal waste management company. Please observe the current applicable regulations. When in doubt, please contact your waste management company for environmentally-friendly disposal.
