Frequently Asked Questions - MWP-13M MPM

How do I clean the fan?
Always unplug the fan before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the housing and blades. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the fan in water.
How do I assemble the fan?
Attach the base to the stand using the provided screws, then mount the motor housing onto the stand. Finally, secure the blade and front grille with the locking ring. Tighten all screws.
How do I use the remote control?
Insert two AAA batteries into the remote. Point it at the fan receiver to adjust speed, oscillation, and timer. The remote must be within range (approx. 5 meters).
Does the fan oscillate?
Yes, the fan offers wide-angle oscillation to distribute air across a larger area. Press the oscillation button on the fan or remote to activate.
Is the fan quiet?
The fan is designed to operate quietly. On lower speeds it is very silent, and on high speed the noise is comparable to a gentle breeze, approx. 50 dB.
What safety features does the fan have?
The fan includes a safety grille to prevent finger access, a stable base to prevent tipping, and an auto shut-off if the motor overheats.
What type of batteries does the remote need?
The remote requires two AAA alkaline batteries (not included). Replace when the range decreases.
How should I store the fan when not in use?
Disassemble the fan, clean it, and store in a cool, dry place. Keep the remote and screws in a safe place to avoid loss.
Why is the fan not turning?
Check the power cord and outlet. Ensure the fan is assembled correctly and the blade is not obstructed. If the motor hums but does not turn, it may be jammed; unplug and manually rotate the blade to free it.
How do I adjust the speed?
Press the speed button on the control panel or remote to cycle through low, medium, and high speeds. The selected speed will be indicated by an LED.
