Thank you for purchasing this product. To ensure the correct use of this product, please read carefully the following instructions, non-compliance could result in damages to persons or objects.
Please retain this manual for future use and present it together with the appliance if given to someone else.
SAFETY WARNING INSTRUCTIONS
Before use, ensure the equipment is complete without any visible damage. If in doubt do not use the product and refer back to an authorized help centre.
This equipment must only be used for the purpose for
which it was designed, as shown in this instruction manual. Any other use is considered inappropriate and therefore dangerous.
This equipment can be used by children aged 8 and above and those with reduced physical, sensory or mental ability, or who lack the necessary experience or knowledge, provided they are supervised or upon receiving instruction to ensure safe usage and understanding of the dangers inherent. Children should not play with the appliance. Requisite cleaning and maintenance to be carried out by the user should not be done by children save under supervision.
Do not leave the appliance unattended in the presence of children to avoid any accident or injury, the product is not suitable for use by children.
Do NOT use the appliance if any part is damaged or if the appliance does not work correctly.
In the event of defects or malfunction, turn the product off immediately. Use the original components and accessories only.
The product is intended for home use only.
Do not insert objects of any kind into the product slots. Always store the product away from heat sources, direct sunlight, humidity, sharp objects and the like.
In case of failure or the malfunction of the appliance, switch off and do not tamper with it.
Any product repairs must only be carried out by an authorized technical assistance centre.
Keep all packaging (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene
etc.) out of children's reach, it is potentially dangerous and must be disposed of as required by law.
Charge device only with charger supplied. Never leave device unattended whilst it is plugged in or turned on. Always unplug after use. In any case, do not leave device plugged in for over 48 hours.
To avoid damaging the cable, do not wrap around the device and store away without twisting or bending it.
Never use or position device under towels, blankets or pillows as it could overheat and cause a fire and/or electric shock.
Under no circumstances must the product be immersed or come into contact with water or other liquids. Do not use with wet or damp hands.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its technical assistance agent or similarly qualified person to avoid any risk.
When the device is on, it should not come into contact with other parts of the body (e.g. eyebrows, hair, etc.), clothing and cords to avoid risk of injury and the blocking or damage of the device.
For reasons of hygiene do not share device with other people.
IMPORTANT
Consult doctor if in any doubt. The device should only be used after consulting a doctor in the following cases: - eczema, wounds, inflamed skin reactions such as folliculitis (inflammation of the hair follicle) and
varicose veins.
- areas surrounding moles.
- in cases of reduced skin immunity, for example diabetes mellitus, during pregnancy, Raynaud's disease.
- Haemophilia or immunodeficiency syndrome.
HOW TO RECHARGE DEVICE
Before connecting device, check the voltage indicated on the data label matches that of electrical outlet. The product can be found inside the rechargeable battery, non-replaceable.
Ensure the switch is on the off position and insert the plug into the device and connect power supply to socket. The charging light comes on.
To recharge the battery fully set aside 8 hours. Once charged, disconnect the product from the mains and the plug from the device. Fully-charged epilator batteries enable a 30-minute cordless runtime.
Note
- The charging light stays on even when the device is fully-charged.
- The product does not work when connected to the mains
-Do not leave adaptor plugged in for over 48 hours – this can affect battery life.
SKIN PREPARATION
Ensure skin is thoroughly clean and dry before beginning. Do not apply cream or moisturising lotion. Exfoliate before shaving to eliminate dead cells and unwanted ingrown hairs.
LONGER HAIRS
Use precision comb to trim longer hairs and ease shave. The precision comb is also advised to trim hairs in more sensitive areas.
FOR LEG SHAVE
Turn on device (on/off switch). Keep device perpendicular to the surface being shaved. Use both hands: with one hand gently stretch skin; with the other contour device.
Move epilator gently applying light pressure. Warning: do not apply too much force on skin using device as it could slow it down and make it less effective.
SHAVING IN SENSITIVE AREAS
When shaving underarms, shave in the direction of bottom to top and then top to bottom.
For bikini area gently stretch skin taught and shave in inwards direction.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING! This device is not waterproof and should therefore not be immersed or come into contact with water or other liquids under any circumstances.
Always switch off device and unplug before cleaning.
Never switch on device whilst cleaning or when the shaving head is not inserted.
Do not use abrasive products or substances or aggressive detergents to clean the device.
Clean the body of the device with a soft and slightly dampened cloth together with a delicate detergent.
Clean the removable head by pressing both release buttons and proceed with cleaning brush. Do not clean foil with brush to avoid damage to both. After cleaning reapply shaving head until it clicks into place
Store product in a cool and dry place.

DISPOSAL
The device (including its removable parts and accessories) must not be disposed of together with municipal waste at the end of its life, but in compliance with European Directive. Since it must be handled separately from household waste, either carry it to a separately collected waste disposal centre for electrical and electronic appliances or give it back to the retailer on purchasing a new device with the same purpose. Any infringement will be severely prosecuted.
The built-in rechargeable battery contains substances that may pollute the environment. Always remove the battery before you discard and hand in the appliance at an official collection point. Dispose of the battery at an official collection point for batteries First unplug the product and let the motor run until the battery is completely empty. Remove both side panels from the appliance with a screwdriver. Lift the power unit out of the appliance.
