This article was developed as a training instrument for private use. The article is not suitable for medical or commercial use.

Safety notes
- Consult your doctor before beginning the exercises. Make sure that your health is at a suitable level for the exercises.
• Always remember to warm up before training and train in accordance with your current capabilities. Serious injury can result from exercising too strenuously and over-training. Stop training immediately and contact your doctor if you experience complaints, or feel weak or tired. - The article may only be used under adult supervision and many not be used as a toy.
• Always keep the instructions for use with the exercise instructions at hand. - You need sufficient space in order to exercise safely. Leave enough space to objects and other people so that nobody can be injured.

Only train on a flat, slip-proof surface.

Do not use the article in the vicinity of stairs or steps.
- Never pull the article towards your face and never wind it around your head, neck, or chest.

Particular caution – risk of jury for children!
- Do not allow children to use the article unsupervised. Instruct them on the correct use of the training instrument and maintain supervision. Only allow use if the mental and physical development of the children permits this. This article is not suitable for use as a toy.

Risks from wear
- Only use the product if it is in perfect condition. Examine the article for damage or wear before each use. The safety of the push-up trainer can only be guaranteed if it is examined regularly for damage and wear. Stop using the article in the event of damage.
- Protect the article from extreme temperatures, the sun, and moisture. Incorrect storage and use of the article can lead to premature wear, which can cause injury.
General training notes
Training procedures
• The following exercises only represent a selection. You can find more exercises in the relevant specialist literature.
- Wear comfortable sports clothing and sports shoes.
- Warm up before each training session and end the session gradually.
• Take sufficiently long breaks between the exercises and drink sufficient liquid.
• As a beginner you must not train too hard. Increase your training intensity gradually.
- Carry out the exercises steadily and slowly, without jerky movements.
• Make sure you breathe regularly. Breathe out during exertion and breathe in during recovery.
• Make sure you keep a correct body posture while carrying out the exercises.
General training planning
Create a training plan according to your needs with sets of 6-8 exercises.
Observe the following principles:
- One set should comprise approximately 15 repetitions of one exercise.
• Each set can be repeated three times.
• Take a break for 30 seconds between each set.
• Work with fewer repetitions but greater weights to build up muscle. Work with more repetitions but lesser weights for stamina. - Warm up each group of muscles before each training session.
- We also recommend stretching before the beginning of each training session.
Exercises
Caution: put your hands in the straps for all exercises in order to prevent uncontrolled movement of the article that may result in injuries.
Arm, shoulder, and chest muscles (figure B)
- Stand straight with the article at shoulder width. You hands should enclose each end of the article from below.
- Hold your arms at an angle in front of you. Make sure that your upper arms are against your body. This is the starting position.
Caution: Always keep a good grip of the ends of the article during this exercise. Otherwise there is a risk of injury from the uncontrolled movement of the article.

Press the ends of the articles upwards and together in such a way that the spring in the article is facing downward. Hold this position briefly and slowly return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise.
Inner thigh muscles (figure C)

Sit upright on a chair and hold the article by the ends so that the backs of your hands are facing upward.

Place your legs more than shoulder-width apart and grip the article between your knees. This is the starting position.
- Hold the ends of the article tightly and press your knees together so that the spring on the article is facing upward.
Caution: Always keep a good grip of the ends of the article during this exercise. Otherwise there is a risk of injury from the uncontrolled movement of the article.

Hold this position briefly and slowly return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise.
Stomach, shoulder, chest, and arm muscles (figure D)
- Lie on a solid surface with your upper body straight and lift your legs up at a right angle. Your knees should be shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the ends of the article firmly in front of your chest so that the backs of your hands are facing upward. This is the starting position.
Caution: Always keep a good grip of the ends of the article during this exercise. Otherwise there is a risk of injury from the uncontrolled movement of the article.
- Press the ends of the article downwards and together in such a ways that the spring on the article is facing upward.
- Hold this position briefly and slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat the exercise.
Arm, shoulder, and chest muscles (figure E)
- Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and with the article in front of your chest. You hands should enclose each end of the article from above.
- Hold your arms in front of you. Make sure that your upper arms are against your body. This is the starting position.
Caution: Always keep a good grip of the ends of the article during this exercise. Otherwise there is a risk of injury from the uncontrolled movement of the article.
- Press the ends of the article downwards and together in such a ways that the spring on the article is facing upward. Hold this position briefly and slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat the exercise.
Care, storage
Don't forget that regular maintenance and cleaning contribute to the safety and durability of the article.
Always store the article in a dry and clean condition in a temperature-controlled room. Protect it from direct sunlight.
IMPORTANT! Only clean the article with water, never with aggressive cleaning agents. Then wipe the article dry with a cleaning cloth.
Instructions for disposal
Dispose of the product and all related components through an approved refuse disposal company, or through your municipal waste management company. Please observe the current applicable regulations. When in doubt, please contact your waste management company for environmentally-friendly disposal.
