Frequently Asked Questions - IAN 93591 CRIVIT

How to adjust the rope length?
Loosen the screws on top of the handles, remove the rope, then cut or move the ends to adjust the length. The ideal length is when the handles reach the middle of your torso. Use the cable clips to hold the ends in place.
How to install the weights on the handles?
Unscrew the bottom cap of the handle, insert the desired weight (50 g or 100 g) and screw the cap back on. Ensure both handles are weighted with the same weight for optimal balance.
How to use the countdown timer?
Press and hold the orange button until numbers appear. Release to start the countdown. The adjustable time ranges from 1 to 60 minutes. An audible signal sounds at the end of the workout.
What to do if the countdown display goes dim?
This indicates a low battery. Replace the battery with a new LR44 (button cell). Follow the replacement instructions in the manual.
How to replace the countdown timer battery?
Turn the compartment cover counterclockwise, remove it, then gently tap to remove the old battery. Insert a new LR44 battery observing polarity (positive side toward the cover) and close by turning clockwise.
What symptoms require stopping the workout?
Stop immediately if you experience nausea, chest pain, dizziness, or a feeling of suffocation. Consult a doctor without delay.
How to clean and maintain the jump rope?
Clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Do not use solvents or harsh detergents. Dry with a dry cloth. Store in a dry place at room temperature. Coil the rope after use and do not hang it.
Can I use the jump rope as a towing or climbing cable?
No, the intended use is strictly limited to a jump rope for fitness. Any other use (towing, pulling, climbing) is prohibited and dangerous.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty is 3 years from the date of purchase. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. Keep your receipt.
