Frequently Asked Questions - CW1949 Coline

How do I assemble the blender?
Place the jug on the motor base, align the tabs, and twist to lock. Attach the lid by pressing down until it clicks securely.
Can I blend hot liquids?
No, the blender is not designed for hot liquids. Let liquids cool to room temperature before blending to avoid pressure buildup and damage.
How do I clean the blender?
The jug, lid, and blade assembly are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, hand wash with warm soapy water. Do not immerse the motor base in water.
What should I do if the blender won't start?
Check that the jug is properly locked onto the base. Ensure the lid is securely closed. Verify the power cord is plugged in and the outlet is working.
Is the blender suitable for crushing ice?
Yes, use the pulse function to crush ice. Add a small amount of water if needed. Avoid overfilling the jug.
What is the maximum capacity for dry ingredients?
Do not fill the jug beyond the 1.5 L max line. For dry ingredients like grains, use a maximum of 200 ml to avoid overloading the motor.

Yes, blend cooked fruits or vegetables until smooth. Ensure the mixture has cooled before blending. Use the lower speed setting for best results.
How do I replace the blade assembly?
Turn the jug upside down and unscrew the blade assembly counterclockwise. Replace with a new Coline CW1949 blade assembly (available online). Screw it back on tightly.
Why does the blender smell like burning?
This may indicate an overload. Turn off the blender, unplug it, and let it cool for 15 minutes. Reduce the load and avoid continuous operation for more than 1 minute.
What is the warranty period for the Coline CW1949?
Coline offers a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Keep your purchase receipt and contact customer support for any issues.
