How do I perform a daily X report?

In REG mode, press the X key followed by #/ST. The report will print showing sales totals by department and PLU.

How can I reset the daily totals (Z report)?

In PGM mode, press Z followed by #/ST. This prints a Z report and resets the counters. Ensure you collect the report before midnight.

How do I program a new PLU?

Enter PGM2 mode, select PLU programming. Enter PLU number, department, price, and tax status using the numeric keypad. Confirm with ST.

What does the 'GLU' function do?

GLU (Global Look Up) allows you to search and recall previous transactions by entering a transaction number. Press GLU, enter the number, then ST.

Can I use a cash drawer with this model?

Yes, an optional cash drawer can be connected. Ensure it is securely attached to the platform to prevent tipping when open.

How do I change the clerk key assignment?

In PGM2 mode, select Clerk Key programming. Use the contactless key to register it. Follow the manual for binding keys to clerk numbers.

Why is the printer not printing?

Check if the paper roll is correctly loaded and the cover is closed. If the printer is silent, verify power and that the printer ribbon (if thermal) is not depleted.

How to set tax rates?

Enter PGM2 mode, select Tax programming. For each TAX1 to TAX6, enter the rate as a percentage (e.g., 10 for 10%) and press ST.

What does 'CLASS A' mean on the label?

This is a Class A product. In domestic environments, it may cause radio interference. If interference occurs, move the device away from radios or TVs or install shielding.

How to dispose of the battery?

The device contains a backup battery. Do not throw it in fire or household waste. Take it to a local recycling center, dealer, or customer service for safe disposal.
