⚠ Warning
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision
▶ Do not use any steam jets or high-pressure cleaners for cleaning.

Warning: Do not use this appliance near bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels containing water.
⚠️Danger
▶ choking hazard: Keep packaging material such as plastic bags away from children.
▶ In case of any inappropriate usage, improper operation or repair, the producer shall be exempt from liability.
▶ The voltage on the type sign must correspond to the grid voltage.
▶Pull on the plug only, not on the line.
▶ Never plug or pull the power plug with wet hands.
▶ The socket must be secured via a household fuse with a suitable current rating.
- Have repairs been made only by experts, e. g. the producer's service. Use original spare parts only.
▶Improperly repaired devices pose a hazard for the user.
▶ For additional protection, the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA is advisable in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Ask your installer for advice
- When operating the appliance it must be ensured that the intake and outlet are not restricted in any manner.
▶ Always completely disconnect the appliance from the mains prior to care, maintenance and repairs. Do not use a water jet, wet sponge or other forms of cleaning in which cleaning fluid could enter the appliance or attack the case surface. Liquid entering the appliance will create a dangerous electric shock hazard and could damage the appliance.
▶ If the supply cord is damage it shall be replaced only by the authorized customer service
▶ When the hairdryer is used in a bathroom, unplug it after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard even when the hairdryer is switched off

▶ This hairdryer must be fixed out of reach of a person taking a bath or shower

1 Before use
We have compiled these operating instructions so that you become familiar with your new appliance quickly and comprehensively.
The manufacturer reserves the right to carry out modifications to the design and equipment.
Any other work not covered by this operating manual must not be carried out.
THIS MACHINE IS PERFECT FOR VARIOUS USES, FOR EXAMPLE IN HOTELS, SCHOOLS, HOSPITALS, FACTORIES, SHOPS AND LIVING QUARTERS.
- Please read these instructions carefully before using this appliance. It provides you with important information on its safety, operation, maintenance and disposal.
- Familiarise yourself with your new appliance and its various
- functions following the sequence of the instructions.
- Follow all notes and explanations referring to the correct operation and handling. This will ensure the continuous availability and a long life for your appliance.
- The safety notes, in particular, must be followed. They help you to prevent accidents and to protect your appliance from damage..
- Please keep these instructions for future reference.
2 Instructions for the wall brackets
To be fitted by a qualified expert taking due consideration of existing national safety regulations. In rooms containing showers or baths, the wall bracket may not be fitted within the safety zone stipulated in regulation 0100 part 701. The wall bracket should be fitted at a height of at least 150 cm above the floor.. ( Minimum distances)
A = connection to wall mains wiring.
B = connection to surface mains wiring.
2.1 Installation sequence;
for fixed connection lead (A)
The connection wiring from the mains must be at least 3x1,5 mm ^2 for wall holder model WHS
The connection wiring from the mains must be at least 2x1,0 mm ^4 for wall holder models WH, WHR
- Separate the cover (1) of the wall holder from the back plate by loosening the screw (14).
- Remove the knockout (2) provided in the back plate of the wall holder.

Feed the mains supply cable (3) coming out of the wall into the hole in the back plate left after removing the knockout (2).

Secure the back plate of the wall holder to the wall using the plugs and screws provided.
- Remove the terminal connector (4), connect the mains supply cable (3) to the terminal connector (4), as shown in the picture, and then secure again the terminal connector (4).
- Model WH. WHR is double insulated and no earth connection is provided..
Model WH-S the earth cable from the wall must be connected to the terminal connector. The cables shall withstand 16A. - Fit the front cover of the wall holder, taking care to locate the cable sleeve (6) properly.
- Secure the front cover with the screw (14).
- Switch on the general switch of your mains electricity. The hairdryer is ready for use.
2.2 Installation sequence
for mobile connection lead (B)
WH; WHR: The connection wiring must be at least type H05VV-F 2x1,0 mm²
⚠ this method is not allowed for wall holder model WH-S!
- Separate the cover (1) of the wall holder from the back plate by loosening the screw (14).
- Secure the back plate of the wall holder to the wall using the plugs and screws provided.
- Remove the terminal connector (4), connect the mains supply cable (3) to the terminal connector (4), as shown in the picture, and then secure again the terminal connector (4).
- Fit the strain relieves (5) and (10)
- Fit the front cover of the wall holder..
- Secure the front cover with the screw (14).
- Switch on the general switch of your mains electricity. The hairdryer is ready for use.
2.3 Overheating protection
The appliance switches off automatically in the case of thermal overload. When this happens, switch the switch to 0 or release the push button and eliminate the external causes of overheating. Once the appliance has cooled down it will be ready to use again in a few minutes. Defect hairdryers may only be repaired by qualified experts.
3 Maintenance
- Regularly control the feeding cable looking for damages, cracks or ageing. Substitute the cable before using it further.
- If the feeding cable is damaged it must be substituted by the manufacturer or by its after sales service or in any case by a similarly qualified person, thus preventing any possible risk.
- When using extension electric wires ensure that they are lying on dry surfaces and protected against possible water jets.
- Specialized personnel must always carry out maintenance and repairs; any damaged part must be substituted with original spare parts.
- The lint filter must be cleaned at regular intervals! To do this, first disconnect the hairdryer from the mains! With the HFXW 20, remove the ventilation grille with a twisting motion and clean the sieve. For the other models, vacuum the ventilation grille from the outside.
ATTENTION: it is forbidden to carry out changes to the apparatus.
Tampering could cause fires and damages even lethal to the user and the forfeiture of the guarantee.
The manufacturer declines any responsibility for damages caused to people or things due to non-compliance with these instructions or if the apparatus is unreasonably used.
The HFXW 20 is suitable for public facilities, e.g. Swimming and sports halls, spas, spa and fitness clubs. The warranty for commercial use within the EU is 1 year

Old appliances contain valuable materials that can be recycled. Do not dispose of such appliance with the normal domestic waste but rather by way of appropriate collecting points.

Model WH-S: model with standard European socket 2P + earthing 16A and hairdryer on/off switch
Model WH-R: model with universal razor socket and hairdryer on/off. A safety transformer insulates the razor
socket from the mains and a protection device inhibits the operation of appliances with a load
higher than 20VA.
