EN Thank you for purchasing the LUVION® Baby Stroller Malmö. With this instruction manual you have all the information to quickly start using your LUVION® product. Please preserve this guide for further reference.
FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS AND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
- Never leave the child unattended.
- Adult assembly required. CAUTION: Keep small parts away from children during assembly.
- Do not let the child play with this product.
- Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use.
• To avoid injury, ensure that the child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product. - Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out.
• Always use the restraint system.
• This product is not suitable for running or skating.
• This stroller is suitable for children up to 22 kg (or 4 years old, whichever comes first). - Use the most reclined position of the seat for newborn babies.
• The shopping basket weight should not exceed 3 kg.
• Always apply the brakes whenever you park the stroller and ensure they are correctly engaged. - Brakes should be engaged when the stroller is not in use.
• Children must properly use their seat belts while riding. - To ensure the baby's safety, regularly check the safety performance of the safety buckle.
- Do not allow two or more children to ride in the stroller at the same time.
- Regularly lubricate moving parts to maintain the flexibility and stability of the product.
- Any load attached to the handle, backrest, or sides of the stroller will affect its stability.
- Keep the product packaging bag out of the reach of children or dispose of it properly to prevent accidents.
• To prevent accidents, always be aware of traffic conditions when using the stroller. - Stop using the stroller immediately if any issues arise.
- Do not use the stroller in extreme temperatures, high humidity, or excessively cold environments for long periods.
- Do not add cotton pads or other items that are more than 10 mm thick.
- The parking device must be engaged when placing or removing a child from the stroller.
- Only use accessories approved by the manufacturer.
- Only replacement parts supplied or recommended by the manufacturer/distributor should be used.
- Monitor your child for signs of overheating, especially during periods of no cool air circulation.
- Never pick up the stroller by the carry handle(s) while your child is lying or sitting in the seat on the chassis.
- This product complies with EN 1888-2:2018+A1:2022 safety requirements.
• Always keep fingers away from moving parts when folding, unfolding, or adjusting the stroller to prevent finger entrapment.
- FALL HAZARD – Before use, check that the frame, seat, and fastening devices of the stroller are securely locked into place. You can test this by pulling upwards.
- Ensure that all locking devices are secured before using the stroller. Never park the stroller on a slope or near hazardous areas such as water or fire.
- Do not allow the child to climb out of the stroller or stand in the seat. Backrest adjustments must be performed by a caregiver.
• Take your child out of the stroller when going up or down stairs and when using it on uneven ground and steep terrain. Also, take extra care when going up or down curbs or other uneven surfaces.
- Do not use the stroller if any part is broken, torn or missing. You should ensure that any damaged or worn parts are repaired immediately.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

INSTRUCTIONS


- Press the handlebar in the direction of the arrow until you hear a click, confirming that it is fully open. Then, while holding the handlebar, swing the frame backward until you hear a second click, indicating that the frame is completely locked open.

- Installing the rear wheel:
Align the rear wheel with the rear wheel mounting hole and push it in until you hear a click, confirming that it is securely attached. To remove the rear wheel, press the quick-release button inward to unlock it, then pull the wheel out.

- Installing the front wheel:
Align the front wheel with the front wheel mounting hole and push it in firmly until it is fully inserted. To remove the front wheel, press the quick-release button and pull the wheel downward.

- Installing the front bumper bar:
Rotate the buttons on both sides of the front bumper bar outward. Align the plugs with the sockets and push the bar in until you hear a click, confirming that the buttons have locked into place. Do not use the stroller if the bumper bar is not fully engaged. To remove the front bumper bar, press the release buttons on both sides of the socket and pull the bar out. The bumper bar can rotate 360° when released from either side.


- Adjusting the footrest:
Press the footrest adjustment button and move the footrest up or down to set it at the desired angle.

- Adjusting the backrest:
As shown in the illustration, hold the D-shaped buckle firmly and slide the recline adjustment buckle upward to raise the backrest. To recline the backrest, press and hold the adjustment button and slide the buckle downward until the desired angle is reached.

- Using the rear-wheel brakes:
Press the rear-wheel brake pedal to engage the brakes; the rear wheels will lock into place. Lift or release the brake pedal to disengage the brakes and allow the stroller to move. Always apply the brakes whenever the stroller is stationary.


- Using the 5-point harness:
To unlock the harness, press the circular button in the center to release the buckle. To adjust the strap length, slide the adjustment buckles along the straps to shorten or lengthen them as needed.
To fasten the harness, insert both latch parts into the central buckle until you hear a click, confirming that it is securely locked.

- Folding the stroller:
First, press the unlock button 1, then press the folding handle 2. While holding both controls down, push the handlebar forward and downward to fold the stroller. Once folded, the stroller can stand upright on its own.
You may need to remove the wheels for the stroller to meet cabin-size requirements, depending on the airline.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
IMPORTANT: Always check the fabric label before washing.
When washing, don't forget:
• maximum temperature 30°C/85°F (cold wash)
• do not use bleach or aggressive detergents
- do not tumble dry
- do not iron
- do not dry clean
• always wash separately
Routinely inspect and maintain your stroller.
Chassis: Clean the chassis with a soft towel and lukewarm water and wipe off any remaining water with a dry cloth. Use a soft brush to clean sand and dirt from the mechanisms and sliding tubes of the chassis. Take care to brush away from any sliding joints.
Wheels: Use a brush and water to clean dirt on the wheels. Periodically, remove the wheels from the chassis and brush off any dirt or sand in the inside axle of the wheel.
After washing: Always re-assemble the (dry) parts back into original state as instructed in the user guide.
Wet conditions: Store your LUVION® stroller and its accessories in a dry place and leave them to dry unfolded to prevent mold.
Your LUVION® stroller is not resistant to salt water.
Avoid contact between adhesive straps and the fabrics of your stroller. This may damage the fabrics.
On floors such as synthetic laminates, parquet, linoleum and carpet (organic surface floors),
rubber black tires may leave permanent marks. Should you have a floor as mentioned above we recommend to be careful with indoor usage.
