Installing the Projector

The projector is designed to be installed in one of four possible installation orientations.

If room design or personal preferences require a different installation orientation, consider the screen size and distance, as well as the appropriate position to prevent current disruption and ensure proper spacing between the projector and other devices.

OPTOMA UHZ78LV - Installing the Projector - 1

The projector should be placed flat on the surface and perpendicular to the screen at 90 degrees.

• To learn how to position the projector based on a specific screen size, refer to the distance chart on page 80.

• To learn how to determine screen size based on a specific distance, refer to the distance chart on page 80.

The farther the projector is from the screen, the larger the projected image and the higher the vertical offset increases proportionally.
