Product usage
Operation
- Place the coffee grinder on a flat and sturdy worktop.
- Add whole roasted coffee beans (max. 60 g) into the grinding chamber. Do not exceed the "MAX" mark.
- Close the grinding chamber lid.
- Plug the appliance into a suitable mains outlet.
- While holding the lid in place, push the On/Off button down to start grinding and release the button to stop. The transparent lid allows you to monitor the grinding process and stop when the desired grind size is achieved. The longer the coffee beans are ground, the finer the grind.

Important: Do not run the grinder continuously for more than 1 minute at a time. Allow the grinder to cool for at least 3 minutes before grinding for another 1 minute cycle.
- Once you have finished grinding, unplug the appliance from the mains outlet.
- Remove the lid and pour out the coffee grounds.

WARNING!
- To avoid the risk of fire or injury from accidentally starting the appliance, unplug the appliance from the mains outlet after each use. Never leave the unit unattended while it is plugged.
- Before removing the lid or accessing the grinding chamber, always unplug the appliance and wait until the blades have come to a complete stop.
Grinding tips
- The coarse grind is generally used for percolators and coffee urns. Medium grind is used for drip coffee makers and steam-type espresso machines. A fine grind is used for espresso machines with an electric pump.
• Vary the grinding time and the types of coffee beans to suit your brewing method and taste. - For the freshest, most flavourful coffee, grind just enough for the pot you are making. Coffee beans keep up to 2 months in the freezer in an airtight container and can be ground while still frozen.
- Coffee grounds left in the grinder can become stale and affect the flavour of freshly ground coffee. Be sure to clean the grinding chamber, blades and cover after each use.
Cleaning and maintenance

WARNING!
- Before cleaning, always unplug the unit from the mains outlet.
- To avoid electrical hazards, never immerse the motor base, power cord or plug in water or any liquid. Never rinse them under the tap.
- Never fill the grinding chamber with water for cleaning.
- The blades are sharp. Handle with care.

Important: Never use solvents, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents, wire brushes, sharp objects or scouring pads to clean the unit.
• Always empty and clean your coffee grinder after each use.
- Do not use the grinder for storing coffee to prevent lingering strong or stale coffee smells from altering the taste of your coffee.
- Carefully wipe the grinding chamber, blades and motor base with a moist lint-free cloth or sponge. Dry thoroughly.
- Wash the transparent lid with mild detergent. The lid is not dishwasher safe. Dry thoroughly.
Storage
• Always unplug the unit before storing it.
- Store the unit in a fresh, dry and dust-free place, out of the reach of children and pets.
- Please retain the packaging and use it to store your unit when it is not in use for an extended period of time.
