Tostartwith, you will besurprised by the speed of induction cooking. Especially athighersettings, foodsandliquidswillcometoaboilvery rapidly. It is bestnottoleavepansunattendedtoavoidthemboiling overorboilingdry. With inductioncooking, there is no heat loss, and the handleststaycool.

Thecoil(1)inthehob(2)generatesamagneticfield(3).Byplacinga panwithanironbase(4)onthecoil,acurrentisinducedinthethebase ofthepan.
Easy
The electronic controls are accurate and easy to set. On the lowest setting, you can melt chocolate directly in the pan, for example, or cooking ingredientsthat you would normally heat in aubain-marie.
Fast
Thanks to the induction hob's high power levels, bringing food to the boil is very quick. Cooking food takes just as long as those types of cooking.
Clean
Thehobiseasytoclean.Because the cooking zones donot get any hotter than the pansthem selves, foodspills cannot burn into the glass.
